Amenities at Summerhouse Condos
On the beachside of the complex, you'll find two large pools overlooking the beautiful beach. Guests love relaxing in the fully reclining chairs in the sun and or making a splash in the pools. There is a large gazebo for some great shade to cool you off as you head to the beach. You'll also find food and snow cone vendors nearby for your convenience, allowing you to lounge poolside all day long.
After enjoying the pool, head over to the hot tub and relax in the warm water. Located next to the gazebo, guests can relax in the open air and even watch the sunset or two. The kiddie pool is located on the pool deck so that younger guests can enjoy it with their parents in sight. The shallow pool is great for the kids to splash around in and lounge chairs surround the kiddie pool for you to watch your kids play as your family makes lifelong memories.
Games and Outdoor Activities
For those who crave more active adventure, there is plenty to do beachside. You can enjoy a game of volleyball directly on the beach, perfect your tennis game, or play in the onsite arcade located in the lobby.
Beach volleyball is the perfect beach sport and you can enjoy it right at the property. There is a full-size net with plenty of space on the beach to enjoy with an entire group of people. The volleyball court is located just to the right when you exit off the main ramp onto the beach from the resort.

Some units in Summerhouse include Beach Service with your stay which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach and tagged with your unit number. You can also rent beach service onsite if your condo doesn’t include it. Spending your day relaxing in a comfortable lounge chair directly on the beach is what most of us love on our vacation. Jet Ski rentals are located directly behind the resort and accommodate up to two people, so you can bring a friend. Beach attendants will give you all the instructions you need.
Your family can have their very own bonfire for a relaxing evening on the beach. You can have your bonfire set up steps from your condo on the beach. Your bonfire includes the setup of your personal fire pit and chairs, a permit, and cleanup. It's the perfect way to enjoy s'mores under the stars with friends and family.

Summerhouse Lobby and General Store
The friendly staff is at the Front Desk to welcome you and answer all your questions when you arrive. You'll be given the card-key to your room along with wristbands for the pool and other amenities. The lobby area has recently undergone a major renovation, creating an inviting space for relaxing, playing pool or enjoying the arcade.
