Here is a list of 30A public beach access locations:
Walton County’s beaches along Scenic Highway 30A offer 50 public beach accesses along the 26 miles of Hwy 30A. While there are pockets of private beach among the public beach accesses, there is still plenty of beach for all.
Regional Beach Access – Includes parking, restrooms, showers, bike racks and several are ADA accessible. Each regional beach access point also has a flag indicating current surf conditions. Lifeguards are on duty from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., seven days a week from March 1 to Sept. 30.
State Park Beach Access - Includes parking, restrooms, ADA accessible, and beach access. Each has an entry fee (such as $5 per vehicle, per day). Prominence guests tend to use Deer Lake State Park access located at 6350 E County Hwy 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. Along the 26 miles of Hwy 30A, there is also Grayton Beach State Park and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.
Neighborhood Beach Access – Neighborhood beach access is primarily for walk-up traffic. Many of these also have flags indicating current surf conditions.

Please know that every guest's experience varies depending on where they stay, and Panhandle Getaways does not have control over how stretches of private beach are managed, nor does Panhandle Getaways control how public beach accesses are managed. Walton County and their Code Compliance department manages the public beach accesses and rules therein.
