Emerald Hill 25 - The Little Seahorse

It was the perfect location, perfect amenities, clean, a couple steps from our beach setup. It was by far the most enjoyable stay we’ve had on the gulf coast beach in 20 years.

A Perfect Coastal Getaway! Rating: ★★★★★ The location is absolutely fantastic! The beach access made it incredibly convenient for beach days and the pool was only 20 feet from our doorstep. This property is perfectly designed for couples. The cozy living space was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable seating. The decor is both stylish and inviting, creating a dreamy atmosphere for our getaway. Nicely located next to the pool. Simple walk to the beach, about 20 steps down. Very small but space was smartly used. Seafood market listed just across the street and 5 minute walk to Cafe 30A.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well organized and perfect location! Emerald Hills condos are a gem find in this area with direct, private beach front access and a pool. We will be back for sure!

We were at The Little Seahorse Sept 11-Sept 16 and it was PERFECT for 2 senior adults. Ground floor, no steps or stairs, ssteps to the beach and the pool right out the door. Hubby does not care for the beach so he could sit in the condo and enjoy the A/C, TV or surfing the web while I sat at the beach or the pool and enjoyed riding a bicycle up and down the bike trail right in front of the condo. The condo had everything we needed, bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked and it was nice and clean upon our arrival. I would love to come back!

We just returned from our stay at The Little Seahorse and it was perfect for us. Hubby has mobility issues and appreciated the ground floor unit, no steps or stairs, pool right out the door, fast internet that was easy to access. I loved that the beach was only steps away and it was easy for me to run back and forth from the beach to the rental until. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfy. The dryer was a ventless dryer and took a considerable amount of time to dry towels, but that was a minor inconvenience. I would love to retrun by myself so I could stay longer! Ideal location in Seagrove and near to all the action yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing.

This rental was one of the best places we have stayed. The clean and up to date studio was perfect for our needs and was right on the beach. We appreciated the communication from the owner and especially the security the complex had checking to make sure the people on the beach were just those staying at the complex. Very new and well kept. Whole property was well maintained. Pool was right off patio, and beach was just a few steps and down some stairs. We will definitely be going back next year!

One of my best friends from high school and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great value for this upscale area. The condo is well thought out with exceptional interior and a comfortable bed. It truly has everything you need in a studio apartment for 2 people. The only thing I did not find in the kitchen was a juice squeezer, if that’s important to you. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella. Very peaceful area with the beach just a short walk away without having to cross the street. Very responsive management company. If you prefer not being near a bunch of flip flop shops and loud people, this is the spot. Would stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Nice little studio condo. Perfect for the two of us. Only one little issue with the bedside television. It dropped anything we tried to stream and we could only watch live tv. Not a big deal because we only tried at night before sleeping. Locationally, perfect for the beach. Although you don't have beach views, the walk is very minimal, and the private beach area was never packed.

We were celebrating our second anniversary and my husband had not visited 30a area before. I was hoping it would be perfect and it was. For a smaller space it was very well thought out and very nicely appointed. The location was perfect as well. Not in the heart of the congestion but close enough to ride bikes and take advantage of everything the area has to offer.

We were in town for a friends wedding and stayed here as our home base. It was perfect for me and my wife. Just enough space for the two of us, had all the amenities we needed and the location was perfect! Just steps from the beach made this place so ideal for our trip when we weren’t at a function for the wedding we were enjoying the white sand and clear waters at the beach. Would recommend this to any couple looking for a place to stay and will definitely be coming back here in the future!

This was such a quaint little condo for two people. Very modern, clean and stocked well. Only request would have been to have a table top grill. Very short walk to the beautiful clean beach. Biking, hiking and beaching made for the best getaway. 30A Cafe nearly across the street - walking distance for a nice dinner. So many other great places to visit - eat, drink, hike, bike - it's a must for any beach lover!
