Poised on the east end of Scenic Highway 30A, The Alexander is nestled among the area’s most high-end coastal communities, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Paradise by the Sea. Enjoy restaurants, bars, ice cream and candy shops, and shopping all within walking distance. The building has beach access via Seacrest and also access to a resort style pool in the Seacrest community. The Seacrest pool encompasses 12,000 square feet and is the crown jewel of this beautiful coastal village. It includes several interconnected pools on multiple levels with waterfall spillways at each end that flow into the main pool. Surrounding the pool areas, you’ll find walkways, gardens, covered picnic pavilions and grills.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but not restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Short getaway for anniversary and birthday

The condo is beautiful. Great location, short walk to beach, pool and restaurants. Decent views of ocean. After surveying the condo we made a quick run to Publix and got some essentials. Only issue was we didn’t see a coffee maker and the ice maker didn’t work. But otherwise a great stay. Thanks for a great weekend.

We had a wonderful
Stay and the location could not have been better. Great value in the summer. Beautiful views and close Seacrest, Alys, and rosemary beach! All walkable. Don’t plan to bring a wagon for the kids, they are not allowed through the beach access. Also bring ice, the ice maker is inoperable.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in beautiful Alys Beach with access to Seacrest amenities. I sat outside on the cute setup on the balcony and looked out at the water at every opportunity. Very easy to walk to the Seacrest beach access, and huge resort pool with a poolside place to order food and drinks. Every single place we ate was close by and amazing food every time. I loved running every morning on the nature trails. Had a lot of fun biking with the family and there was easy access to bike racks in the parking lot. The white buildings and cobblestone streets made me me feel
like I was in another country. Everything was pristine, staff was superb everywhere, and the condo itself was luxurious, super clean and all the couches and beds/linens were incredibly comfortable and super clean. Really enjoyed the rain shower and gorgeous bathroom. I never wanted to leave!

Loved it

We have been to 30A many times, and this was our first time to rent a Condo. It was perfect. With large living room windows, huge balcony and a view of the ocean it was ideal. We were close to everything, parking was easy, access to pool and beach was a short walk away. It was quiet, plenty of space and easy access to elevator which made loading in and out simple. We look forward to coming back.
