Panama City beachfront

Easy Beach access
This is our 2nd year staying at Southern Beach exposure. C last year and B this year. Property management company is the best we’ve worked with. Great communication (Hurricane Helene tried to wipe out our vacation). The unit we stayed in this year is in need of some repair. But it didn’t hold us back from having a great time. Right on the beach
We loved this townhouse! The 2nd and 3rd floors each have a master and a BR with a double and 2 twins. These were ideal for our large family of 12, ages from 15 to 80. The star of this vacation was exactly what it should be - THE BEACH. We were 12 guests, ranging in age from 15 to 85 and everyone had a blast. Beautiful, spacious and on the beach
Beautiful unit, deck was easily big enough to accommodate 8 adults. Bedrooms 3&4 have a queen bed and 2 twins in each. All 4 bedrooms have their own private connecting bathroom. Great location, LOTS of room!!
2 families with special needs kiddos down for Christmas break. There's so much room in this condo! Property manager was easy to get a hold of (we couldn't find the dumpster). Only complaint would be the flooring in the kitchen area REALLY needs to be replaced. Great Family Getaway
Thank you so much for providing access to such a wonderful beachfront property. Our entire family (7 adults, 4 children) thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It allowed us all to enjoy each others company while avoiding the inconvenience of being in separate units. It was a home away from home. The location being on Front Beach Road itself was perfect. We had direct access to the beach right outside our back door, along with easy access to local attractions (entertainment and restaurants) friendly to all ages. It so happened we were visiting during the time of a couple of music festivals, which provided an even more exciting atmosphere. Awesome
My children and grandchildren have been going to the beach for fall break for several years but stayed in a condo. After staying here I don't want to stay anywhere else. The convenience of loading & unloading your luggage or groceries is great. Best of all just steps from the beach & you can leave toys & chairs right under the deck. Beautiful beach house!
We found this beach house for our annual beach trip. It's slightly on the pricier side compared to previous years, but this house is pretty spacious and can easily fit 4 families. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/etc. You are only a few steps from the beach that can sometimes get crowded due to the condos right next door. But this didn't truly pose any issues. The furniture was nice as well with a very comfortable sofa. The only thing missing was a grill. Other than that, no complaints about this property. Beautiful!

5 STAR EXPERIENCE - ANY CLOSER YOU'D BE IN THE OCEAN - FELT LIKE A CELEBRITY - GOING BACK SOON
This was my first time to Panama City Beach and it most definitely won't be my last. We had an amazing time. From the moment you step into this home it feels like you are in a Pottery Barn Beachside Magazine shoot. Wonderful furnishings with a upscale touches all along the way. The giant sectional couch is so comfortable, you won't want to get off of it to even head to the beach. But you WILL! The beach and ocean are so close, you will be lured down the moment you arrive. That is the primary thing we loved about this place was the convenience to the beach. Great for families. The beach is literally 15 steps from your back deck. Easy access with the children, close enough you can come back and forth to the house and the beach and not feel like you broke a sweat. The kitchen is wonderful. Lot's of room to socialize. Not one but TWO amazing MASTER suites that are oceanfront with private decks off each master bedroom. Have your morning coffee in style and listen to the waves roll in. This house feels so large. Great bedrooms 3 and 4 for the kids or extra adults. I slept on the top floor and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Flat screen TV's in all the rooms. Beds were super comfortable and gave us a great nights sleep every time our heads hit the pillow. Convenient parking with 2 dedicated spots right in front of your door. Just a short trip to the grocery store, really convenient. Approximately 1 mile from Pier Park. The Pier Park development is great for families and adult groups. The pool at the development was pristine. Perfectly shiny and ready to jump in... I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in a quiet, yet convenient area of Panama City Beach. We had a most enjoyable week in this beautiful home. The location is great! You can step off the deck and right onto the lovely beach. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, including a built in bar on the deck where you can watch the gorgeous sunset every evening. All the comforts of home plus more
Four older couples really enjoyed our stay at Southern Exposure. Furnishings were above our expectations. The kitchen was equiped with everything plus. Great location and easy parking. Great spot on the Gulf!
We spent a week here with 3 other (senior) couples and loved every minute. The deck with was our favorite spot for morning coffee; lunches; happy hour and sunsets. We planned day trips but everyone was content to spend time on the beach as the weather was perfect. Walking down the back steps and putting your feet right into the sand was such a treat. The kitchen was very well equipped, beds were extremely comfortable, and there is a huge TV in the living room and in each bedroom allowing us all to have our own space. Heaven on Earth!
The best beach house I have ever stayed in, perfect in every way. Plenty of room for everyone with a huge comfy sectional and large kitchen. Every bedroom has its own bath. Tastefully decorated with coastal charm! Deck off the great room had pub height chairs/tables so you never missed a dolphin or a sunset. Run down the short flight of stairs and sink your toes into the sand. Restaurants and shopping just down the road, but if you just want to soak up the sun on the beach all day you felt like you had a private beach. Got to try paddle boarding and it was a blast! Perfect place for relaxing and enjoying time with friends.
Walking in the front door my first thought, 'it looks just like the pictures on VRBO, only bigger and more beautiful'. Right on the beach, off of a large deck. I Started each morning on the deck enjoying my morning coffee and watched the dolphins as the sun rose in the morning. And was back on the deck for amazing sunsets each evening. The kitchen was fully equipped for our group of 8 to cook great dinners, and then we were able to sit together at the large dining room table. Large bedrooms and a large bathroom for each bedroom. Giant screen TV made the guys happy for evening football viewing, and comfortable living room furniture made relaxing possible. A great vacation spot!Patricia P. - Posted: 10/24/2015

This is a great townhouse. The quality of the furnishings and decor is wonderful. Every room was perfect. Nice back deck. Right on the beach which makes it easy with small kids. No complaints, no problems. Loved it!!!! Easy keyless entry pad , so no stopping by an office to get or drop off keys. Great rental for multi-families or huge family.
