PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***
We welcome well-trained, non-shedding dogs to stay in this home for a daily fee that will be collected after the booking is made (this includes emotional support animals). We require that your dog be completely house trained, free of fleas, and current on all vaccinations. We prefer dogs aged two years or older. Crate-trained dogs are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations, any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Maximum of two dogs allowed during stay. NO CATS or other animals are allowed on the property.

 

About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. 

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

 

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Amazing! Best shower ever!
Loved the white barn! Such a beautiful property with comfortable beds and great kitchen. The shower was the best. Easy bike ride to the beach and so many places to take the dog potty. Will be back soon!

My husband and I stayed for one week and wish we could have stayed longer. The townhouse was so cozy and convenient. The bed was super comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need to cook and had lots of beach items and bikes. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful place in a great location. You will need to bike or drive to find beach access. We loved all the space, amazing master suite, kitchen, etc. When I went to use the vacuum it didn’t work. I reached out to Panhandle and within an hour they delivered a brand new vacuum. Excellent customer service. We will return to the white barn! Thank you!

Fantastic Service
The condo was great for our group of four. It was well stocked with linens but could’ve used a few more glasses and plates. But the best part was the management company. They provided a number to text with any needs or concerns. I text them a couple of times once early morning before 8 and every single time the responded with minutes. Even through texts they were friendly and helpful. Absolutely the best vacation management service we’ve ever done business with and the reason we’ll look for other properties they manage.

Cute 2 Bedroom. Would rent again
Nice 2 bedroom, above another unit. Great location but really only walking distance to the hub. Definitely could do bike or golf cart to the public beach access but would be too long of a drive to consistently make to the likes of Rosemary Beach or Seaside. Glad we had a garage as it was helpful storing beach stuff when we needed the space in the car. Also doubled as a gym for some home workouts. Wifi is really spotty so come prepared to disconnect! Would definitely rent again. My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation spot
Great Place! Very well done and clean. Enjoyed the free bikes as well. Make note of access to beach is a bike, golf cart or car ride and no dogs allowed on beach within whole county.
