About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This is the perfect rental for truly any vacation occasion! I recently stayed here for a girls weekend and it had everything we would need and want. This home is perfectly located between Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside. The golf cart was a HUGE plus and helped us get to multiple beach accesses with all our beach gear, which was also all provided. In addition to being beautifully decorated, this home had incredibly comfortable beds, cozy blankets for relaxing on the couch, and a washer/dryer. If you’re looking for a place to take your family, this rental also had great accommodations for kids! Bunk beds, two pack and plays, a monitor, and beach toys were all provided. As a mom, I always look for rentals with an easy place to put a pack and play if all other rooms are taken. The master closet is large and perfectly fits a pack and play for littles needing a separate dark place to sleep. No matter if you’re looking for a place for a girls/boys trip, bachelorette weekend, couples vacation, or family getaway, you can’t go wrong with this rental!

Recent stay end of July was wonderful! Great food and entertainment right around the corner and amazing pool and exercise amenities in the complex. Short golf cart ride to the beach which was a fun little adventure as well! Will definitely be coming back later this year and will recommend to family and friends!

Easy 5-stars. Fantastic amenities, close to the beach and quality restaurants, and a nice place to just enjoy company. This place is great for a family trip or girl/guys trip. Very clean, put together, and “homey” on the inside. The golf cart and chairs make it easy to get to and from the beach without having to deal with walking a packed wagon there and just be able to relax. The free golf round each day also made for a fun trip! The whole experience just made it feel like an actual vacation, rather than a trip. I will certainly be returning.
