PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Our recent beach vacation was nothing short of incredible! The house itself was stunning—bright, airy, and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was the amount of space. We had 4 families staying and the open living areas with the spacious bedrooms made it easy to enjoy time together without ever feeling crowded. A bonus was the fully stocked kitchen. We stayed in for several meal and found everything we needed to prepare meals. It truly felt like a home away from home.But the best part was the easy access to the beach. Just a short walk away, we could go from the house to the sand in minutes. Then return to spend the late afternoon or evenings in the pool.We will be back!

Amazing home with beautiful view, great places to eat in the surrounding area, and awesome beach access to relax and take in the peaceful environment. Would recommend to anyone that wants an amazing time at the beach with friends and family!

We came down and stayed at Sandpiper with our 11 month old and had the best time. Incredibly convenient access to beautiful, quiet beach. House has all of the amenities, nicely furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Balconies with comfy chairs to look out over the beach. Short drive to the Raw Bar and other restaurants. Perfect, quiet, and relaxing place to vacation.

This home is perfectly located only steps away from the beach. Every amenity you can imagine available for a luxury vacation. Plenty of space to accommodate multiple families. It’s conveniently located between Port St Joe and Apalachicola so the dinner options were plenty. We loved the convenience of being close to a nearby boat ramp and plenty of parking for our boat. The beach is literally just steps away and it was so nice to not have to haul everything to the beach. We just walked back up for lunch and drink refills. We were there on a holiday weekend and there were only 2 other families nearby. We loved practically having the beach to ourselves.
