The code to the gate was somewhat problematic. Not working at a time and the response time to calling in from outside the gate was excessively long. Otherwise, the home was clean and comfortable. Thank you

We arrived and were able to get in our condo early everything was better than we expected. The Condo manager helped us to unlock our front door and spent some time with us describing the area and where all the stores and family oriented places to go have fun were in the area. Super sweet and kind / helpful. The condo was so spacious and full of everything we needed plus more. We had a wonderful sleep in the comfy beds.So private and quiet in the complex, pools were clean and nice to swim in. Short walk across the street to the Beach.

This was exactly what we needed…a little slice of paradise in paradise! This location was perfect. We could go to the beach or the pool- in a matter of minutes. We love Port St. Joe and plan to return very soon! If possible, we will book this location again!

This was a very cute and cozy cottage. It was easy to book, and locate. However, once we got there we had the wrong gate code. Being that it was after business hours it took a little time to get in touch with someone. So I would suggest verifying the codes before arriving and during business hours. Overall we had a great experience.

The rental process was simple. The house is beautiful and cozy. We felt at home. My pets loved the enclosed porch as much as we did. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and gadgets to dine-in which we love to do. The beach just a few blocks down was fabulous and dog friendly. Owners were good at keeping their dog’s on the leash. We would visit again for sure!

Enjoyed our stay at this property not too far from Windmark and Mexico beaches. The home was clean, comfortable and well furnished. We loved the two porches with ample seating. We spent a bit of time on the upstairs porch enjoying the breezes and beautiful scenery. This property is close to the smaller pool on the property which we had to ourselves most of the time. The larger pool is on the other side of the property and stays busy but was enjoyable as well. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again. The kitchen was very well stocked pots, pans etc.. had everything we needed to prepare a meal.

The area is close to so many different beaches, we felt like we were at home such a quite, clean place.There was everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen. We will definitely be making this place our vacation getaway again!

The property manager, Wes, was great to work with. This unit was well cleaned, comfortable, and had more in the kitchen than any rental I've stayed at. My wife and I came with four children and our family dog, and everyone was comfortable in their "own" living spaces. This was a two story cabin, but had a townhouse feel only when we went outside. The double decker screened porches got used frequently while we were home, for relaxing in the shade while being protected from any flies. There are two pools and a hot tub available on the grounds, and the smaller, closer pool was usually empty, save for a few other guests on occasion. The community grills were in decent shape, but I recommend getting a cheap wire brush if you plan to use them. The unit is located about 15 minutes south of Mexico beach (beautiful - think pc without all the shops and people) and is almost right across from Windmark beach (also beautiful, if a little narrow). About 30 minutes south is cape San Blas, which has a great raw bar and excellent fishing, along with horseback riding on the beach. Downtown port st joe has some local shops and restaurants, and the whole area maintains a personality that makes you feel at home. This was a relaxing retreat for my whole family, without the busy feel of a tourist spot like Panama city, which is a little over an hour away. I hope to be back next time we travel!

The property was beautiful and it was obvious the owners wanted you to be well taken care of. Wes was very helpful and always available. The whole experience was wonderful. The state park almost directly across the street was clean and never crowded.
