Poised on the east end of Scenic Highway 30A, The Alexander is nestled among the area’s most high-end coastal communities, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Paradise by the Sea. Enjoy restaurants, bars, ice cream and candy shops, and shopping all within walking distance. The building has deeded beach access and also access to a resort style pool in the Seacrest community. The Seacrest pool encompasses 12,000 square feet and is the crown jewel of this beautiful coastal village. It includes several interconnected pools on multiple levels with waterfall spillways at each end that flow into the main pool. Surrounding the pool areas, you’ll find walkways, gardens, covered picnic pavilions and grills.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but not restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
