30A Beach House - Whatcha Dune

Beach house was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room, very clean, and great AC (which was a necessity with temps in the 90s). Great washer/dryer, dishwasher, big couch for seating, plenty of bathrooms! The only negatives were the beds on the second and third floor were very firm and uncomfortable. The beds on the first floor were great! Also, read the fine print of the golf cart agreement and check out the laws in Florida. You can take it to the beach but not unless you go a certain way and kids have to be in car seats (my fault for not reading what I signed). Panhandle was so great to work with and always responded quickly to any of my questions! I also recommend the restaurant directly in front of the housing area. The pool and the free round of golf were also much appreciated! We loved our stay in this house. Thanks for sharing it with us ❤️

Our stay was wonderful, the location was convenient, and the house was clean. We had 6 adults and 3 children in our party and there was plenty of space. To get across US Highway 98 with the golf cart, you have to take Carson Ln and cross at N Orange St. There is no stop light here but it was fine for crossing if you wait for traffic to clear. There may be a spotlight further down but this route was good for us. Parking at Inlet beach was easy and the beach is much quieter compared to Miramar or PCB. We loved having the complimentary bikes. Biking Timpoochee trail was enjoyable and offered many options for shopping and dining. I would recommend the Donut Hole, the Citizen, Playa Bowls and Shades bar and grill. Kilwins had delicious ice cream as well. Just FYI the queen bed in the bedroom on the second floor is VERY firm and the home does not come with beach towels.
