PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS

We welcome 1 well trained non-shedding under 25lbs dog to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.

WHAT TO BRING - INITIAL SUPPLIES

Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

WI-FI INFORMATION

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hot spot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Very spacious and conveniently located

Beautifully decorated home that was very conveniently located. A short drive or walking distance to nearby beaches, local restaurants and shops. This home was everything we could hope for. There was enough room for us to all spread out or hang out together. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers in our group. The amenities provided were great and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. Nice quiet neighborhood community with sidewalks that were great for our morning walks. The neighborhood pool area was very nice, we went early in the morning and had the entire pool to ourselves. We would highly recommend this home to others and would rent again.

Beautiful home that was well kept and decorated. Lots of space for many guests! Also located centrally to all of the surrounding beach towns. Would definitely stay here again!

We have rented this house twice now. Once for a family getaway and once for a girls weekend. It is the PERFECT place to stay in 30A. It is within walking distance of the beach and only a short drive (or bike ride) to surrounding restaurants and shops. The house was clean and had all of the essentials we needed; including a grill! We can’t wait to stay again!!

My husband and I loved this home and its location. Quiet neighborhood. Nice community pool. Close to Seaside and Rosemary. It was the perfect way to spend Mother's Day with my daughter and her family. The house was clean and well-stocked, too. I will definitely stay here again.
