30A Beach House “Pirate’s Smile” is a newer construction home, brilliantly decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach house rental in Seacrest Beach, Fl along 30A. Distinctive styling and spectacular outdoor living spaces set this beautiful home apart.

This home features the latest televisions (4K smart, ultra HD LED) in EACH bedroom, top of the line mattresses in all bedrooms, a private enclosed outdoor shower with storage area, and FIVE unique porches around the home. This house is located on the West side of the neighborhood on a corner lot with ample parking spaces, with an easy walk to the pool and neighboring Rosemary and Alys Beach.

The living room features a top of the line 75” flat screen, 4K, ultra HD television with DVR as well as movie channels. You will struggle with going to the beach or watching your favorite college team! Lounging on the extra comfy sectional will make the decision that much harder. High speed internet throughout the home is included as well as a desk in the living room for catching up on email or writing a postcard to your friends back home.

Being outside doesn’t mean you have to miss the big game or your favorite show. The enormous outdoor living area on the back deck offers a wonderful summer kitchen with a gas grill, comfortable seating, beverage cart, and a state of the art 58” 4K television. Don’t be surprised if this becomes your new favorite spot.

You will feel right at home in the spacious gourmet kitchen which is open to the living and dining area which seats 8, with room for 3 at the large kitchen island countertop. The beautiful Turkish marble countertops, fully stocked kitchen, and high-end appliances make meal preparation a pleasure.

The Scallywag Suite on the first floor features a King room with an en suite bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower. The King bed features a Deveraux memory foam/pillow top mattress. This room has a top of the line 58” flat screen 4K, ultra HD television.

Three additional bedrooms await as you ascend to the second floor. Blackbeard’s Escape is a King room with a 58” 4K TV and private vanity area with personal storage. The King bed includes a Deveraux memory foam/pillow top mattress. The vanity leads into the Jack and Jill shower/ tub combo which leads to the Buccaneers’ Bunks vanity area and bedroom. The Buccaneers’ Bunk features 4 beautiful custom-built bunk beds each with their own storage and charging stations. The bottom bunks include memory foam mattresses. The room also features a 58” 4K TV with a Blue Ray/DVD player so the kids can watch their favorite movies. Next, you can relax in the Crow’s Nest, which is the landing area featuring a commercial-grade queen sleeper sofa and dresser.

In the Captain’s Quarters you will find the Master bedroom with a King bed and HUGE Master bath that features an extra-large shower with multiple fixtures, double vanity and separate soaking tub. You might not want to leave this bedroom with its 65” Curved, 4K television with DVR and movie channels. The King bed features a top of the line Simmons Beauty Rest pillow top/memory foam mattress– only the best will do for the captain. The private veranda is the jewel of this room with its breeze and cozy sectional seating. Don’t worry, we won’t tell if you nap out there.

This home is a short walk/bike ride to the beautiful Rosemary and Alys Beach. Both offer great shopping and dining options. The neighborhood is across the street from the beach and offers a speedy door-to-door tram service to the pool and beach. The enormous 12,000 square feet tropical pool in Seacrest Beach Neighborhood has plenty of seating and multiple levels for playing in the water. During the summer months there is a Grill offering hot dogs, hamburgers, snow cones, snacks, and drinks.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Our family had the most amazing vacation here to close out our summer. The location is perfect, right on the tram stop, but also very walkable to the pool and beach. The house is everything you could want and then more. The layout is perfect with a bedroom on the main floor and then 3 more upstairs. All bedrooms also have an attached bathroom. The bunk room is such an amazing spot for the kids and our daughters were smitten as soon as they walked in. The loft upstairs provides a lovely quiet place to read and the main living room is comfortable and spacious for a movie or game night. The kitchen was very well stocked with ample counter space and a pantry for groceries! We loved spending evenings on one of the many porches and loved the variety of spaces to gather as a group or to get away for some quiet.One of the biggest surprises was that the beds were SO comfortable and plush., we slept so well every night! The house is beautifully decorated and there are so many added little touches that make this home truly spectacular!

We loved our stay at Pirate Smile! We came with my daughter's family including my three grandkids. Great location, easy tram to beach/pool right outside the house, although it got busy certain peak times we noticed due to being summer. Same with the beach as it got a little crowded by lunchtime so we would drive over to Inlet Beach and park our car which worked as well. We loved riding the bikes included with the house, and brought our kids bikes along. It was easy to walk or bike to restaurants (Georges is our favorite in Alys) and we rode to nearby playgrounds and around town. We used the outdoor porch a lot, relaxing and grilling as well as cooking dinner in the lovely kitchen which was well-stocked. My husband loved the tvs in the room, the beautifully appointed bathrooms, and the beds were extremely comfy. There was plenty of room for a large family to have their own spaces, and the house was very neat and clean. This house had a ton of parking and the street was rather quiet. We would love to come back!

This is one of the most beautiful homes in the community. The interior is clean and spacious and absolutely gorgeous! You will enjoy the home as well as its location in the neighborhood! It is right next to the tram stop which takes you right to the beach and the community pool. It is an easy bike ride to shops and restaurants! We had the best time and will absolutely stay here again in the future!!

We really enjoyed Pirates Smile. The house was very clean and accommodating for our group of 9. The amenities are all top notch. Super comfy beds, plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and a short 5 minute bike ride to Alys or Rosemary’s Beach. We would definetlystay there again.
