Recently renovated, this home has undergone a complete transformation. With fresh interior paint and new furniture, it offers a modern and stylish living space. The spacious kitchen includes a breakfast bar and beautiful hardwood floors, creating a cozy beach atmosphere. Located on a private corner lot, you'll be just steps away from The Village of South Walton, Peddlers Pavilion, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. Take advantage of the exclusive amenities, a community swimming pool, and convenient tram services to the beach in season.

NOTE: The Seacrest pool will be closed from 10/27/25 through 11/23/25 (timeline subject to change).

Seacrest amenity fees of $3 per person, per day, apply and will be collected after booking.

Just between Camp Creek Lake, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach is the colorful beach community of Seacrest Beach. It’s close to everything, and yet somehow quite relaxed. The town center of Seacrest is arguably the Village of South Walton featuring boutique shops and dining options, plus 30A’s only Starbucks! Peddler’s Pavilion is located in the middle of all the action with bike rentals and other fun outdoor activities. There’s also a 12,000 square foot swimming pool hidden in the expansive Seacrest neighborhood.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Our week long stay was PERFECT!! We have 2 small children and the location have been any better to take them out everywhere. The tram was right in front of our house to take to the beach too! House very very clean. Beds were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!
