INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Comfortable place with unbeatable view. The place was very clean and well maintained. Loved the porch overlooking the beach and having coffee and breakfast outside. Highly recommended if you want updated accommodations, beautiful views and walking proximity to beach, shops and restaurants.

Beach vacation

Cant wait to go again

My parents, two daughters and I had the best stay at this condo. The pool and beach access are unmatched and it's tucked away from the hub bub of 30A but within a 10min walk to downtown rosemary beach restaurants etc. We loved it and had everything we needed within the unit as well. It also felt like the penthouse unit (but wasn't) very removed from noise of other tenants.

Great stay!

Beautiful updated condo in prime location. Walk to everything and steps from the beach. We had a very small ant issue when we first arrived. That would be my only complaint. It was quickly resolved. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Condo was very nice and clean. Master shower was awesome. View was amazing. Only issue was that all guests of the resort have to use a certain area on the beach. You are not allowed to cross over into the next resort area which made our space crammed with people while the area right next to us barely had anyone. Guys were on the beach literally making people move. Other than that our stay was great.

Absolutely the best location in the area. Walkable to all the retail and restaurants of both Rosemary and Alys. The view from the balcony is spectacular. And the beach is just steps away.
