Villas at Seacrest poolside condo rental B201 located in Seacrest, FL by Panhandle Getaways is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home complete with all of the conveniences of home. Complementary round of golf each day of your stay.

 

This family friendly beach vacation home includes access to the 12,000 sq. ft. community pool. While the property is across the street from the beach, it is a very short walk to the beach and the community provides beach tram service in season ( March - Oct )

Centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach makes for easy access and plenty of options in which to choose to walk or bike to after spending your days on the beach or at the fantastic lagoon pool.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beautiful property in the heart of 30A. Very clean with amazing view of the pool. Close to all the nice spots and access to beach. Enjoyed the one free round of Golf each day with 4 courses to pick from!!! This was available as activity through “Xplor!e”. This is something I have never seen offered with any vacation.

Amazing!
The condo was beautiful and so spacious overlooking the beautiful pool area. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. Communication was super simple via text and the amenities were great. Super easy walk to the beach and shops. Honestly the only slight con was there wasn’t a broom for us to sweep up crumbs accumulated by our kids throughout the week. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

This place was great! Looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean and had access to an amazing pool and short walking distance to town. Check in was a little difficult as we did not get a code for door at checkin time. However we did get in contact with panhandle and they got us the code fairly quickly. This Airbnb does only give you a starter pack of kitchen supplies (only received one trash bag, which is a little frustrating based on price for place) so make sure you’re prepared to grab some things from the store. Overall, great experience and beautiful place! Would come back!

This condo is huge and beautiful
This condo is spacious, beautiful and plenty of room!! Loved all the decorations too!! We r right overlooking the pool and very close to the front of the Main Street to 30A so not a far walk to the beach!! Loved our stay!!
