PARKING
There is a registration fee due to the resort that you must register for online prior to arrival. This covers any necessary parking passes and wristbands. The HOA does charge an additional $10 + tax in the event you wait until check in day to register. 1BRs - $35 + tax

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

One of our best trip visiting PCB !
Location was outstanding, very clean with beautiful views, private and family friendly beach . The negative side was the strictest code enforcement regarding the placement of your umbrella and the high of the chairs by the water - literally??!! That made a very crowded beach at times !
Hopefully that would be handled better by next year because we would like to return! Overall 9.5 out of 10 !!

We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness. Our condo was spotless! The showers were clean and NOT any soap scum stains! The beds were very comfortable. The pillows and bedding smelled clean! Even the bunk beds had thick mattresses and were comfortable. Whenever I had to reach out to Panhandle for questions before our trip, they were always so kind and friendly. I absolutely love dealing with friendly people! Kindness matters! We stayed at Tidewater Resort a few years ago and loved the resort. The elevators run about as well as we would expect for peak season at a resort. It honestly never bothered us at all. There are 4 sets of elevators on each floor, and I don't think everyone knows that. There are elevators at the end of each hallway. Those are never as busy. We walked to Pier Park twice, which was extra nice because parking and traffic can be a little busy depending on the time of day. Rent a pontoon and spend a day at shell island! You'll thank me later!

Tidewater 909

The individual condo was excellent! This was my first time in FL - & my only "suggestions" - provide a hairdryer and beach chairs / umbrella in the condo. (But this might not be standard amenities for condo rentals) The facilities were ok - nothing fancy - got the job done, need some routine upkeep / maintenance. All of the workers were kind and extremely helpful. We felt safe - great location! I would absolutely recommend the area and the condo!

Nice getaway.

The condo was super clean and nice snd had a great view of the beach. Sliding doors are REALLY hard to open so bring a strong person.

Wonderful

Super family friendly. Indoor pool was nice. The only thing I would recommend doing was getting a lower floor because there’s always a wait for an elevator. A long wait. Other than that it was fantastic!

Beautiful condo on the beach

We enjoyed a relaxing getaway at this beautiful beach condo. The room was clean a tastefully decorated. The view of the gulf was awesome from the balcony. There were several good restaurants nearby that are in walking distance.

Relaxing Getaway

Everything as described. Clean with a great view. We only have 2 complaints....one being the elevator wait time, which you can't do anything about, the 2nd being that the coffee maker was broken. We rigged it to work ok, but it never could work properly. I would recommend a new one. Other than that....everything was wonderful! Thank you.

If you’re looking for amazing views to wake up to, rapid response to your questions, and a convenient location, you’re looking in the right place. Walking into this condo, the first thing you notice is the big and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo was extremely clean with many opportunities to do different things without even leaving the property. I can’t wait to come back!

The beach

This was probably one of the nicest condos that we have ever stayed in! Very clean and loved the decor. The beach itself was more crowded than we expected - but we were there on July 4 weekend, so that’s probably to be expected. Very nice condo and building. The covered parking was nice as well.

Very nice.

Our property was very nice. The only thing we would have love to have is an extra blanket for the sleeper sofa. Property was clean, nicely decorated, all appliances worked even the ice maker!! I loved having the app with all of our information needed for our stay. Be prepared to show your license to be able to use a luggage cart. Elevators get really busy during weekends. So be patient. We had a great stay and loved our room. Room 909

Great condo on the beach!

This condo was clean and cozy. Everything matched the pictures online. This property has 2 entrances to the balcony which makes it roomy! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Enjoyed our stay

We have 4 little kids 12,10,3 & 1 and this room fit all of us comfortably. However they could leave an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and an extra blanket for the pull out sofa bed. And the door has a dead bolt that CAN be opened when you turn the door handle and it’s low enough for an infant to reach! 😔 I give this place a 5 star because it was very nice and roomy! We would stay here again!

Great experience at tidewater! Condo was great! Beaches access was great! Love the property all but the elevators are very slow! Other than that all was good!

We had a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful condo, well maintained and up to date. Wonderful layout and view!! My husband and I enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and eat dinner during sunset. Perfect mini vacation!! Only had one issue with A/C not functioning properly for night, but we were having to much fun to notice! Maintenance took care of it quickly once we reported it.
