Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Hello, Thank you for this follow-up. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again with you. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The accessibility of your team is extraordinary which provides confidence for guests that any issues that arise can be handled promptly. There were only a couple of things that could have made it better. 1) I thought “total cost” would have included parking fees. I was a bit surprised to incur that extra expense at check-in. Maybe this was just a misunderstanding on my part so no big deal. 2) The elevator situation at Tidewater is well documented and I realize that is perhaps out of your control. We were inconvenienced a couple of times during our stay by this, but nothing we did not anticipate. Thanks again!
