There is a registration fee due to the resort that you must register for online prior to arrival. This covers any necessary parking passes and wristbands. The HOA does charge an additional $10 + tax in the event you wait until check in day to register.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This Condo and location is 5 stars!!! But the elevators. I gotta take away a star. Busy hours are crazy!!!! But condo is on 5 floor and if you’re impatient like me. The walk isnt bad. Parking garage is on 2 floor. If u going to the beach go set up early and break down after the rush. Other than that!! This place is perfect. Smooth sailing on elevators after dinner! Would def stay again!

Family time
This unit is very large and accommodates everyone very well. Did not feel crowded at all. If I had any complaints at all it wouldn’t be about the unit but disappointed that the elevator beside the unit was not in operation for our entire stay. We have stayed at the tidewater about five times and every time the elevators are never all in operation always one or two not working. I would think this problem would been resolved by now. Is there a major problem?

Thanksgiving Break Getaway
The property was excellent beachfront corner unit. The view of the ocean was amazing. We had an awesome time. Check-in, cleanliness of the property accuracy of online listing, communication with the property manager and the location of the neighborhood was very exceptional. Beautiful and spacious property
We enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice and spacious and accommodated us well. The building's facilities are nice and we enjoyed them during our stay. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Overall, we loved our stay here.

Lovely Condo
We enjoyed our stay. 3 couples including handicapped individual and several children. Plenty of room for everyone to play and maneuver easily in the bedrooms and living areas. The TV’s didn’t really work but we came for the beach so wasn’t to big of a deal. Great location. The biggest “issue” we had was that the beach chairs and umbrellas are put so close to the water and so close together you can’t set up for children to play in front of you in the sand and ocean. People complained we were spread out in front of them but we didn’t have a choice to keep eyes on our children while they played. They need to push those chairs back there is a huge beach for them to do so. Otherwise really clean and staff were friendly as well.

This was a trip with all our children and grandchild for our 25th wedding anniversary.
This was the best week ever. The condo was great everything was just as expected. Yes everyone complains about the elevator however this place is great as it is just a few steps from the beach!! During the week the elevator was not an issue at all!!!! We loved it and will stay here again. Thanks for a great week and a great way to spend out anniversary!

Great location!
This was a great place close to Pier Park and other places. Only downside is the elevators. We read reviews before we came and knew not to stay above the 5th floor because you walk a lot of stairs. Wait times we were hearing about elevator was 15-30 minutes.

The best balcony ever. It was a corner condo. And has awesome view!!! Plenty of space 3 sliding doors to the balcony. Very clean and nice place to stay.

Great beach condo! Beautiful and clean! The only bad thing I can say is none of the elevators were working properly.. this unit is on the 5th floor so it wasn’t terrible to do the steps, but they definitely need to get that figured out!

Absolutely LOVED this condo and booked bc the age requirement said 21. This is FALSE. You have to be 25 to rent this condo and it made us run into some trouble, but the condo owners (panhandle getaways) were super nice and handled the situation very well. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach rental
Everything was great! quick beach access and beach chair rentals. Pools were very nice. and there was a Starbucks and bar in the building. only issue is the elevators during the busy beach season. it was much faster to take the stairs.

Great Location, Clean Condo
This was wonderful. We did think it should have had a hair dryer. We had to buy a baking sheet and pot holders. What kind of kitchen doesn’t have potholders? But, the unit had everything else we needed. We would have liked more trash bags. We stayed quite a while. The pros were that the unit was easy to get into and out of. It has a tremendous view. We loved the size of the balcony. And the living area could accommodate all of us. We would all stay here again!!
