INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This was our 2nd year staying here and just like last time it was wonderful!! This year we stayed in room 2217, it was clean and nicely decorated! The only issue was there wasn’t enough towels in our condo for everyone, but I notified housekeeping and they bought up extra ones! We love the beach the resort and the pools! We had a great vacation and we will for sure be booking with yall next year for our PCB vacay!

Great Views

The gulf and lagoon view was amazing especially being able to watch the fireworks off the pier. The unit was clean, beds were decent but could use some new pillows. They were pretty flat. Otherwise the unit was great. We did have a power outage throughout the entire building and we were the lucky ones to still have power from the generator. Elevators were down for hours and we had no water. The next morning the ac still wasn’t working so I text Panhandle and they were very quick to respond and tell us what to do. Communication was excellent! Elevators did suck but once the outage occurred and they came out to fix them they all did seem to be working again and were quicker than they had been all week. The bar and grill was a little too pricey so we didn’t make any purchases. We went out to one outdoor pool once and chose not to go back. There was sand all in the bottom even though it had been cleaned that morning. Overall the stay was great

Gorgeous! It was a comfortable space to relax in with an unbeatable view! Highly recommend drinking your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and pier. 3 different pools with hot tubs, beach chair and umbrella reservations, jet ski and other water sport amenities available right by the condo, and an easy walking distance to several restaurants! Honestly, you don’t have to get back in your car until your stay is over if you don’t want to. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

Me and my family enjoyed the stay with Panhandle, will definitely book again and recommend. The only thing that was a downside was we couldn’t have the code to the thermostat so we had to contact Panhandle and wait for them to contact the owner to change it from heat to ac. Other than that it was a great experience with beautiful views.

The place is beautiful. Can't beat the expansive view of the ocean as seen in the photos. 2 families, total 8 of us stayed felt it's spacious and have room for all of us. The linens were clean and fresh. The bathrooms and other rooms were clean. We stay during the New Year holiday. Watching the fireworks launching from the pier right from the condo's balcony at eye level was magnificent. Overall, we enjoy our stay. No problem and would stay here again.

Nice view and location

The property was very clean and quite up to date. It has a great beach vibe. The view from the living room is awesome. 15-20 minutes walking distance from pier park. We had issues with internet connection. Did contact management by email and answered in just few minutes. Was quite impressed. Unfortunately they could not resolve my issue. The modem was hidden behind locked door (I believe) so I cannot reset it myself which normally takes away connection issue. The internet came back by itself in couple of hours. If you want beach chair then you need to rent at 50$ cash for a set of 2. They only accept cash which I did not have on me. I don’t like to bring cash to the beach and Apple Pay was not an option… we are in 2022! I have found the exterior hot tub a bit too hot for me. The pool was not heated outside and with the cool water outside the outside pool was not an option. The inside pool was taken down for maintenance the entire Saturday. I don’t know if it was a planned maintenance in which case should be done on Monday. The gym was a great plus. The elevators are quite problematic. Be prepare to wait. I was on the 22nd floor. There are times it was quicker to take the stairs then waiting for the elevator. Unfortunately it is not an option when you use the luggage cart. We waited over an hour to get a spot in the elevator when checking out on Sunday morning. Despite this and the bad weather (strong wind and red flag) we did have a good time and enjoyed the property.
