INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This place was AMAZING. The floor to ceiling windows gives a breath taking view of the ocean. Having 4 bedrooms plus 3 full baths allows everyone to comfortably get ready. Will be returning for sure.

Great Time.
We stayed at the Tidewater Condo's. Everything was great. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. I know everyone complains about the elevators but we did not let them damper our vacation. Had a blast with all the children and grandkids.

What a view!
My family stayed at this condo and we totally loved it! There were 9 of us and we had sleeping accommodations for everyone. Waking up to the fantastic view from our corner unit was simply amazing! If there was anything lacking, it would be the place needs more elevators, but I would stay here again in a minute! Loved it!

Family Vacation
Had a wonderful stay with 2 families of 11 people total. Plenty of sleeping room. Beds were comfortable. Lots of DVD's which kids loved to play at night when going to bed. Someone had left 3 beach chairs which was a great touch! Washer broke with 2 days left and they offered us another room to wash clothes while it was being fixed, but this wasn't necessary for us. Kids ages ranged from 6 to 19. Teens had a blast. Within walking distance to Pier Park. Beautiful view and room. Only suggestion would be to supply a few more garbage sacks, laundry soap, and toilet paper. We simply went and bought more right away but with 11 people for 1 week we ran out quick. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice unit with room for our large party of 12
We loved the location of the rental and enjoyed the amenities. Beautiful beaches and view. We were a young group and it’s hard to find owners that will rent to a group of 21 year olds. We were pleased that this unit was available to us. The folks at panhandle getaways made it fairly easy and the only problem we ran into was the Tidewater management wasn’t happy that a large, young group would be staying on site. Once they concluded that Panhandle had spoken with the owners and ok’d our rental, things relaxed a bit. We had a great time with no issues other than I’m sure we were a bit noisy one night! 😂 We would definitely consider this unit and this area for future trips. We had a fun time!

Beautiful view
This condo is very nice. There was plenty of room for my family of six. It was clean and the furnishings were very nice. I have been to the Florida panhandle in the winter many times, and it is always cool, but it was FREEZING during this trip. It was the talk of the town. Thankfully the fitness center, indoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna kept us all warm and happy. We picked up pizza from Marco's right across the street two times, and it was yummy. Even though it was chilly outdoors, I could be perfectly happy just sitting in the living room relaxing and looking out at the most beautiful beach around.

BREATHTAKING

Massive Condo = best family vacation ever
This was my second stay at Tidewater using Panhandle Getaways! Both companies deliver a great product at a great price. My Mom, Brothers, their wives, my sister and my family all met in PCB for a fun long weekend at the beach. We needed comfort and space, Unit 1801 delivered. This condo is massive! The pix don't do it justice. There is room for everyone to spread out and just relax. The kitchen has everything from a George Foreman grill to a Kurig to an electric veggie chopper. Furnishing were really good stuff and beachy. Lots of books and DVD's and games for rainy days. Everyone gave the unit a 10 rating and we are already planning out next stay at this unit. If I had to give areas of improvement, I would say.....spruce up the balcony with colorful outdoor furniture and add more towels. You can always bring some towels from home and the existing furniture is decent so no biggie. If you are considering unit 1801, go for it. You will not be disappointed:-) P. S. We were there during Hurricane Nate and we had no issues.
