Condo was very nice. Location close to our son in the military. Road noise on the deck can get a little annoying. But the views are spectacular.

Very clean unit. I loved the lighting in the living room. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, etc. Easy check in and check out. I wish we could find a condo like this whenever we go to different beaches!

Our party of four adults had an amazing time at this listing. The view of the Gulf is unbelievable and so is the refreshing ocean breeze that blasts you after dark. The listing is very accurate. Be sure to take advantage of any applicable bonuses (PCB excursions), if available. Best advice is to just call the Xplorie number to get info, details, and instructions. Also, you do not need a parking pass to park your vehicle, just only need to register the vehicle when completing the online check-in registration.

I was extremely impressed how the pictures matched how the condo actually looked. Most of the time everything looks better in pictures but not in actuality, but that was not the case here. The condo was just beautiful and clean. The best vacation I have been on!!

Sunrise Beach Resort was out of water for 2 full days of our trip so we had to leave the resort with small children from 9-5 each day which was an issue but in the end Panhandle the owner of the condo did compensate us for our trouble. We loved the condo thank you.

We had an amazing week at Sunrise. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. I will say that the king bed in the master was so comfortable that we purchased the same mattress when we returned. Everyone was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. We definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

Property location was wonderful. So easy to check in. Could walk to pier park if desired. Property Mgr texted me prior to my arrival which was nice. I downloaded app to receive further updates. Only negative was our room had no wifi as was stated in listing. We found the wifi box was missing parts. Notified Mgr on the app about this and a few other minor items and never heard back until after we checked out. Room TV's way below par for this type of unit, very small and cable TV was awful. Not a biggie to most but if weather had kept us in it wouldn't had been desirable. Only cleaning issue seen was under furniture...gotta get that swiffer under there guys!

Our stay was fabulous! Everything we needed was in the condo. The property was so nice. It would have been nice to have beach chairs included in our stay. Our only detriment to review was the beds. The mattresses were hard and lumpy and not very comfortable.
