Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Stay here!
We loved the beautiful view from the balcony with awsome beachchairs! So close to the ocean. Our condo had very sturdy comfortable furniture. The beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked well. Parking was convenient and there was always a spot available. Elevator worked quickly. The condo was decorated well! Pool was great!! It was a beautiful place to stay. We will stay again!! The tub/shower didn't drain well in the 2nd bathroom, so we showered in the master shower. I am sure it would have been tended to very promptly, but we didn't want to take the time to hang around for it to be fixed. We had a small group so we adjusted. Nice condo on the beach

Blessed in Indiana
Clean, comfortable condo with everything you could want or need. Beds were great and they did an awesome job with the recent remodel. Will definitely be back! Property was great everything we needed was there condo was beautiful..would rent again.
The property itself was wonderful.the unit 503 above us was rowdy for 2. nights until 2:30am.i found out who they were renting through and called the office and they had it stopped. We had no sleep for those two nights.don h. - Posted: 12/17/2020

Exactly what I was looking for and MORE!
This condo surpassed my expectations! The area was not overly crowded, as can be sometimes during spring break. The location is convenient to airport, shopping, attractions and restaurants....yet far enough out from the congestion. Highly Recommend
My husband and I have been traveling to Okaloosa Island for the past 30 years. The Summerlin never disappoints and this unit had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our week so much that we extended it another day. The property manager was so accommodating and quick to respond. We just can’t say enough good things. Already planning our next stay here! Beautiful condo
This condo was the prettiest and most modern one that we have ever rented. Great location. Beautiful view. I would definitely recommend it. Upgraded Beachfront Property
I was so happy to find this listing - it was very hard to find a space to stay that had 2 large bedrooms (king bed in both), 2 bathrooms and a beautiful waterfront view with upgraded finishes. The property was very clean and was very bright and beautifully decorated. I would say the only downside to this property is that you are expected to pay for beach chairs everyday and this gets very pricey (it would be nice if there was a note about this when booking.) Also, double check the property before going to the grocery store if you plan to cook because you will need all the essentials that are not included such as spices, oil, etc.stephanie h. - Posted: 10/19/2019

Okaloosa Island
This was approximately our 20th visit to Okaloosa Island and we have stayed and many resorts on the Island. This time it was at the Summerlin and it was everything that it was advertised to be. Paradise Retreat!
Location can’t get any better to the white sand beaches and emerald waters at Ft Walton Beach. Our 1st time visiting and will definitely be back!! The balcony has the perfect view and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need for your vacation get away.Sarah I. - Posted: 8/16/2019
