The view was spectacular! We enjoyed sitting and walking on the beach. Our condo 711c was very nice with a well supplied kitchen. The TV in the living room was a bit of an problem but that could have been user error. A very nice vacation.

We love our time at The SummerHouse in PCB!!! We will definitely be back!! Kitchen utensils like spatulas, and extra appliances like possibly an air fryer would be nice to have, but over all, everything else was well stocked! Thanks so much for being great!!

We lived our stay at the Summerhouse! The property was clean and not over crowded. Elevators were quick and parking was a breeze. We didn’t think to bring a blow dryer but that was a minor thing- everything else we needed was there! We wish this unit was available for our break next year!

We have been staying at the Summerhouse yearly for the last 16 years, but this is the 1st time in this unit. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Greg was easy to work with and was extremely prompt with communication. We had another great week in Pcb and already planning for our next trip. We would rent this unit again.

Overall experience was great! Quieter end of the beach with ease to restaurants and activities. Check in process was easy, staff was very friendly, property and condo were very nice. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

We had the best time! We would definitely stay again in this same condo. Very clean and nice. Beds are super comfortable. Wish the pool was a little bigger but there are 2 of them.

We had an awesome experience at this condo! Super clean and carpet was brand new. Amazing views from the room as well! We enjoyed our entire stay & had no problems. The communication with property manager was excellent and he always responded within minutes. Highly recommend staying here!!!

The condo is just as described. Nicely decorated and all beds were comfortable. Family games and books in the cabinet. Great view of pool and ocean from the balcony. Location is great because it’s close enough to the action without a lot of traffic. Summerhouse had free snacks one afternoon, which was a nice treat.

This building is fantastic, and we had a great time. The easy access to pools and beach is hard to beat. The unit had minor issues with the TVs but the owner replied quickly. Minor issue really, I’m not there to watch TV anyway! This unit has some upgrades done like floors and bathrooms, but feels slightly dated in other areas like the kitchen and laundry. The master bed mattress is showing a little age as well but not too bad. Over all a great value however. We’ll be back.

Loved the property. Comfortable place, nice resort pool area, plenty of nice beach and beach service available for a fee. We loved the unit. Plenty comfy and had everything we needed for a great stay. Nice view from the balcony. People say the property is a little older but so what. I liked the area. Plenty available close by. But not crowded. The reviews that talk about rusty chairs are outdated. The chairs on the balcony are brand new. The living room slider door makes a terrible noise but no big deal in the grand scheme. We just used the master bedroom. Nice little touch at the property: they have a have a beach toy leave a beach toy box to share floats and shovels. Absolutely great value stay.

Unfortunately the noise from the sliding doors is from sand getting in the tracks. They are cleaned routinely but the sand keeps coming. Haha. Was a great condo. Very roomy for a large family. We where not step on each other. Perfect view. Very quiet. Was upset dryer took for 4 hours. But know that little by reviews. Check in staff was wonderful and friendly. Check out not. Hotel want out 10am even though VrBO say 11. But would definitely book again.

This condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, had a wonderful view, and we will definitely be going back again. My only suggestion to the owner would be to add either a pocket door, or a sliding barn door to the entrance to the dressing area in the master bedroom. Other than that, it was great!

Communication with the owner was perfect..he always messaged me back within minutes of me contacting him. This unit was clean and spacious. The bathrooms were nice and roomie with granite counters and tiled showers. It offers an AMAZING view of the most beautiful beach. It's the more quiet end of PCB and is perfect for families with young kids. My only complaint about the whole experience would be the clothes dryer in the unit. Outdated and the vent kept falling off....a sock fell down in there and could have caught the place on fire...smelt a burning smell while drying so we stopped use. Messaged owner and he told me to contact mantience so I did. They said they would come check it out, but we didn't see any changes made by them... Overall a wonderful experience at the Summerhouse!! Would love to book again in the future!

This unit was the perfect home away from home during a wonderful week in Panama Beach. The units' location with almost constant shade on the patio and beautiful views were great. The kitchen is small and a bit outdated but fully functional as all our dinners were elsewhere. Restaurants were a bit hard to pick from based on Yelp reviews but we liked the nearby Schooners to be one of the best so we went there twice. The location of this resort was also nice as it was away from the center of town yet very close to Shell Island (not many shells) which we went to via a pontoon rental.

Condo clean, plenty of space! Staff super courteous and helpful! Maintenance fixed few small things fast, front desk always helpful. Even had doors and gates opened for us many times by staff. Walkways and pool area clean. Great for families... Not loud.. And that is monitored for sure. We stayed in same condo twice now. We love the smaller feel than the larger high rise. Parking never an issue.. And the luggage carts and shopping carts are accessible most times. Elevators fast and usually never full. Most had to wait was 4 min. Great vaca!! Plan to go back again next year!

Wonderful condo with recent upgrades (granite & tile in bathrooms), king master & two fulls in 2nd bedroom was great for our college aged kids. Small kitchen but it's vacation so we didn't need to spend much time in the kitchen! Great view of ocean and two pools & large gazebo before walking onto the beach! Also very nice location away from crowded part of beach nearer Grand Lagoon, St Andrews State Park, and Shell Island. Thanks for a great week!

We were very pleased with The Summerhouse and all of the accommodations. The condo was very clean and spacious. The view is absolutely gorgeous overlooking the pools and the gulf. We played racquetball, tennis, shuffleboard, and pool. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. When we first arrived there was an issue with the air conditioning and maintenance came right out and fixed it. The condo is located away from the main PCB area so it is quiet and uncrowded but a close drive to anything your family could need for entertainment or eating. I would normally include one or two negatives in a review just trying to be honest but I really can't think of any. We just loved this vacation and can't wait to go back next year. We will definitely be back to The Summerhouse and hopefully to the same unit.
