The Summerhouse 709B | Newly Decorated 2 BD 2 BR Beachfront Condo with Gorgeous Ocean Views

Relax on the balcony of our beachfront condo! Enjoy coffee in the morning, when you often spot manta rays gliding below the water’s surface and dolphins frolicking in the waves.  

 

Lay out by one of two pools, watch the kiddos play in the children’s pool, or hang out in the hot tub.  

 

Get out of the heat under the pavilion or play your heart out in the lobby with arcade games galore. You can also use the lobby for larger gatherings, such as family dinners, or simply to hang out in its coffee shop-vibing atmosphere.

Two-bedroom condo sleeps eight with:  

  • 1 king-size bed 

  • 2 full-size beds 

  • 1 queen-size sleeper sofa 

Unit includes:   

  • Stacked washer/dryer 

  • Full kitchen (Stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sink)

We do our best to keep basic cleaning tools and kitchen items stocked, but we can’t guarantee their presence.

What supplies are provided by The Summerhouse?  

In addition to the basic dishes and cookware provided by 709B, there are basic supplies offered through Panhandle Getaways. These include:  

  • Kitchen:  

  • A small bottle of dishwashing soap 

  • Two dishwasher pods 

  • Two washing machine powders 

  • One roll of paper towels 

  • One hand towel 

  • Each bathroom: 

  • One small shampoo 

  • One small conditioner 

  • One small body wash 

  • One small body lotion  

  • Two small soap bars  

  • One roll of toilet paper  

  • Two washcloths 

  • Two hand towels 

  • Two bath towels 

  • One bath mat 

  • Each bedroom*:

Does The Summerhouse 709B provide beach towels? 

No. Guests should bring beach towels, or they may be purchased onsite in the gift shop.  

 

Can I see the Gulf from The Summerhouse 709B? 

Absolutely. There are two sets of sliding glass doors (living room and main bedroom), and each provides stunning views of the water, the beach, and, our favorite, the most breathtaking sunsets you could ask for.  

The Fine Print 

  1. The front desk is closed from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., so please time your arrival accordingly.  

  1. You must visit the front desk during operational hours to handle:  

  • Registration fee ($32 + tax) 

  • Wristbands to get to the pool and beach  

  • Parking passes to avoid tickets  

  1. There is a small gift shop onsite for sundries and souvenirs, or a gas station/convenience store across the street. 

  1. Renters must be at least 25 years old.

This was such a great place for my family to stay. We had to change locations last minute because a hotel we booked was disgusting. They got us in last minute and were so accommodating. The whole place was very clean and convenient. We had 6 people and slept very comfortably in this unit. My parents love to visit PCB and my mom now wants to solely stay at this location since it was so great.
