About Summerhouse Resort - Panama City Beach, Florida
Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Summerhouse features two-bedroom, two-bath units, each with a balcony overlooking the gulf waters. Summerhouse is found on the east end of PCB, convenient to all the action the coastal town offers. Guests have full access to a wide range of amenities that include two gulf front pools, gazebo, hot tub, jet ski rentals and more beach services, pickleball and tennis courts, beach volleyball, and so much more. From Memorial Day through August, Summerhouse hosts summer movies under the stars, live music, karaoke, face painting for the kids, all sure to enhance your time spent there. The resort also has beach wheelchairs available for those who may need them.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This place was clean, just as pictured and described and with many extra amenities. The resort was very clean , safe and it was a great stay. It was easy to check in and check out. I would definitely recommend and to family and friends and I would stay again.

We have been coming to this condo for over 10 years, and it truly feels like our home away from home! The unit is always clean, updated, and cozy, with everything our family could possibly need. The views are stunning, and we look forward to returning year after year.The owners are fantastic—always responsive, kind, and thoughtful. They go above and beyond to ensure every stay is perfect. The condo is comfortable and well-stocked with all the essentials (and then some!).We can’t wait for our next visit and highly recommend this unit at the Summerhouse!

This condo has been our favorite for many years ! The unit is updated and cozy and has the BEST BALCONY VIEWS !! The owners are fantastic to work with and very timely responses. The condo had everything we needed, plus some ! Beds were very comfy and the rooms are a great size. We can’t wait for our next trip back !!! 10/10 recommend this unit at the SUMMERHOUSE !!

This condo unit is very nice and certainly accommodating! It has modern updates with all the conveniences. Owner always had beach toys and chairs for you to use, which is great! Also, Owner is very nice and helpful and makes your vacation experience the BEST!
