We are excited to share our home away from home with you!!

Our Summerhouse Beach Condo is a beachfront vacation home with stunning views. Come enjoy breath-taking views of the pure white beaches of the Gulf of America from your private balcony with a large sliding glass door leading to a spacious living room.

This tastefully decorated, 2-bedroom 2-bath condo has all the comforts of home. It includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private master bath, a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and its own bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans if you prefer to cook in. There is a breakfast bar with additional seating options for chatting with family while cooking! If staying in is not your style, there are lots of local restaurants within a 5-minute drive!

Unit has new upgraded, high-speed Wi-Fi that will support all your devices and is more than fast enough for all your streaming services. Wi-Fi is available property-wide with unified access not only in the unit, but throughout the buildings, lobby, pool areas and even out onto the beach.

Our beautifully landscaped courtyard has two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool and a hot tub. The Summerhouse offers tennis and shuffleboard courts for those who want a little activity off the beach.

We are within minutes of Treasure Island Marina, where you can enjoy deep sea fishing, Sea-Screamer, boat tours, pontoon rentals and Shell Island shuttles.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided.
