Charming Stay at the Little Blue Cottage! We had a wonderful stay at this quaint little blue cottage in Panama City! Perfectly located just across from the beach, it offered the best of both worlds—easy beach access and a peaceful, quiet retreat away from the crowds. The cottage itself is cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with two comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 clean, well-appointed bathrooms—ideal for a family or small group. The décor is simple yet charming, giving it a warm, coastal vibe that immediately makes you feel at home. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on the porch, listening to the waves and enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. Evenings were peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The neighborhood is friendly and low-key, and everything from shops to local eateries is just a short drive away. We loved how relaxing and easy everything felt here. This is the perfect location. Once I got there I didn’t move my car all week. Which is a plus as the traffic is crazy. It is on Front Beach road which is an active street this time of year, with senior trippers out. At night I would recommend earplugs or sound machine as you tend to hear the nightlife carrying on. Great location. Clean and cute townhome
We stayed here for a long weekend over spring break. The town home was clean and had a nice set up. It was very pet friendly, right across from the beach access and close to the dog beach access. It was nice to be within close walking distance to pier park. Yes, front road can be loud and have a lot of traffic but that just comes with being in Panama City. Perfect location
This property was wonderful. Park your care on the first day and never have to leave. Walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, pier, and beach dog pier. Very clean. Great location close to pier park and the dog beach. The public beach access is right across the road and a great view of the beach from the second story balcony. I will say that I read the previous reviews about it being nosey so we brought two sound machines for my toddler. Worked out perfectly. Great beach house close to dog beach

Still Amazing!!
Vacationed here last year for Spring Break and returned again!! My family loves this house and the location is perfect. We spent almost everyday on the beach. Traffic was daily but we were able to walk everywhere so I'm so thankful that we didn't have to use our vehicle at all. Thank you for helping our family continue to create such great memories!! Perfect location for a pet friendly beach trip!
The place was the perfect size for three adults, a child, and one big doggo. It was located on the main street, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and Panama City Beach’s only dog-friendly beach is right across the street! I have walked by these houses so many times when staying in PCB and I finally stayed in one!!! I loved it. The house had everything as described, extremely short walk to the beach. Great property- appears as advertised. Will never stay in another condo; it was great to walk across the street with my paddleboard. A hose and outdoor shower on the unit made it easy to rinse off everything at the end of the beach day. Many restaurants within walking distance if you don't feel like fighting dinner time traffic. Park your car because you can walk everywhere!
We have stayed at these houses for years!!! You can walk to everything.. beach is right across the street an it’s never ever packed in “our stretch” of the sand..no hotels close an dog park is a great distance away so the beach perfect, husband walks to the pier to fish every morning an tons of shopping all at walking distance!!John S. - Posted: 5/23/2022

Nothing Short of Amazing...
My family of 4 plus our tiny little schnauzer enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. It was the perfect location for everything you would need. The house was clean amd had everything we needed. Small issue with the love seat but the owner decided to just replace the entire living room set so we got to enjoy new furniture. Woo-hoo! The only concern was the pool which was not as clean as expected but I wouldn't blame that on the property owner. We enjoyed the beach so much that it didn't really matter about the pool but the option to swim would have been great. We walked almost everywhere because of the proximity to the pier, shopping and restaurants. Perfect stay and we shall return. I even recorded a video of the property to show friends. Perfect Beach House
Not wanting to stay in a hotel, but still be able to walk right onto the beach? This is perfect! The house is absolutely adorable with the beach themed decor, and comfortable beds. It is right across the street from the beach, which is all I really wanted. If you want to cook your meals, full kitchen. Don’t want to cook, no worries restaurants at Pete’s Pier is less than 5 minute walk. Need to wash your clothes or beach towels? washer and dryer is there. Perfect Little Paradise
This place is right across the street from the beach and it doesn't get any better than that! The house is roomy and the balcony is perfect for morning tea and reading. I would recommend renting a car or golf cart to be able to get groceries easily. This place doesn't have any condiments (like not even salt & pepper) and only provides enough detergent for one load of laundry which was weird but nothing we couldn't fix with a quick trip to the store. I'm only even mentioning this so future guests can prepare accordingly. Overall, this place was excellent and is far enough away from any obnoxious spring breakers but close enough to walk to restaurants. Our little kids absolutely loved this place, as well! Extra nice house with very close beach access
The house is even much nicer in person then the pictures show. Upper level has wood flooring now and master bedroom is huge. The kitchen has everything stocked to cook, which I loved, other rentals i've had were always lacking in the kitchen. Great Vacation
We were super impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The house is well appointed and you simply cannot beat the proximity to the beach. We loved being able to go back and forth to the beach several times throughout the day. We were super excited that this was a pet friendly property so that we could bring our puppy. He had a wonderful time at the dog beach. The property is within walking distance of the pier - which our kids liked. The main road is a bit loud but it’s a small sacrifice for how close the beach is. I had a few questions upon arrival and my questions were answered promptly! Pet Friendly!
It was very important for us to stay somewhere our dog go could and enjoy the beach. This property is across the street from Dog Park. Great beach, lots of nice folks out with dogs. Plenty of space, though we were there in February, I assume it will get busier. We frequented the Dicks Last Resort in Pier Park as they were dog friendly too. Note the pier itself does not allow dogs. This place is in a great location, walk to beach, shops & restaurants. Perfect location if you have teens
The property is as advertised. Keep in mind this is a beach front rental & likely spends more time full than empty so there are some scuffs & scraps but absolutely nothing to interfer with a great stay. The kitchen is well appointed to cook all your meals, full size coffee pot and even a Crock-Pot. The queen sized bunk beds were perfect for us since we have teens aged 13, 16 & 16. The king in the master is very comfortable as well. LOCATION you can't beat the direct access to beach via location 60! It's just across the street and Pier Park is just a very short walk. As a matter of fact if you want to get a nice morning walk in for some Starbucks it's 0.9 miles from the unit to grab a cup. That distance also puts you at the SkyWheel and other activities in Pier Park, but you actually enter Pier Park closer than that. Same with fishing off the pier, you can walk and it's only a small fee for access. We visited in winter when many things in a beach town are closed but the beach & Pier Park kept my teens busy with lots of walks a day. We also rented a golf cart from Outlaw Carts (they rent overnight/consecutive days). The unit is maybe a mile from the grocery store so we used the cart for running errands and just out cruising around PCB. I'd recommend this rental any time of year.Shannon H. - Posted: 1/17/2021

Walking distance to the fishing pier, pier park & the dog beach. The Gulf and Sand are closer than they appear. Stayed here because it was pet friendly & close to the dog beach. The house was exactly as pictured. I will definitely stay here again. Summer Towne Cottage
We had a wonderful stay place was clean and location was prime to beach and pier park. Definitely recommend! One thing no cleaning supplies (countertop cleaner or trash bags) be prepared to bring along with basic condiments such as salt and pepper. We also purchased a grill to use outside on driveway as can not use in balcony area due to state law. Upper balcony door is very hard to open, hardware needs replaced. great location - nice place
Great location walking distance to Pier Park and the beach access is right across from the house. The house itself is really nice with new TVs. The beds were comfortable (especially the bottom bunk of the full size bunk beds). It is directly off the main strip, and we were there during bike week. Therefore, noise was an issue - I do not think that would be an issue on a normal weekend. The master has a nice balcony that faces the ocean, but you can't see a ton of it because of the house across the street. Very clean house with clean linen!
