Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Outstanding Customer Service - very understanding and responsive host! Everything looked just like the pictures. Breathtaking views. Elevators are a bit slow at high traffic times, but there's nothing the host can do about that. Kids loved every pool and area. Beautiful beach conveniently located steps away. Master bathroom with double sink was very spacious! Each room had a great view and a balcony! Fully stocked appliances in kitchen. Washer/Dryer great addition. Would definitely book again!

Loved everything about the splash resort. Definitely would come back. Very family friendly and the staff were amazing! Room was beautiful just a minor hiccup because there were stains on the sofa and it definitely needed updating. The shower in the second bedroom was hard to shut. Other than that it was a great room. Will definitely book again.

Overall the room and communication with the host was great!
When we first arrived we had trouble finding the room because the common door had 901 W-A on it which made us think it was not our room. The pool was not well heated and the splash pad was not heated at all so we didn’t get to spend time “splashing”. The location and room were nice and had everything we needed.
