The condo was beautiful, very clean, with stunning views. Plenty of space! If you have small children, bring cups/plates/utensils as there are not items for meals for kids. Also, make sure you load the Panhandle app. All of the information we needed for check-in/out, etc was on the app, NOT on the Airbnb itinerary. When we arrived, we got in around 9pm and checked for door codes on the Airbnb app and could not find them. Thankfully, the host was very responsive and we had our door codes within minutes as well as the wifi password. I had avoided putting another app on my phone, but once I did that to find the check out instructions, there were all of the door codes and check in information. Even though we stayed in the off season, there was still plenty to do in the area. The heated pool was wonderful and the kids even braved the unheated kid play area. The complex has a coffee/donut/ice cream shop on site with limited hours in the off season, but we enjoyed it! Would stay again!!

Beautiful place, great location!

The condo was so nice and decorated beautifully. We had a perfect view of the ocean, with a great location to shops and restaurants. It was hard to find the unit at first, but the check in desk was very helpful. Check out was contactless and such a breeze! Will definitely book again!

Great room, but needs more privacy from adjacent hotel

The room and property were great. This is our 3rd year staying at Splash Resort through VRBO. This years room (801W-B) was a great size, massive main bedroom/bath, and everything was updated. Our only 2 complaints, which weren’t a deal breaker was the fridge did not work the first 24 hours, resulting in some of the food spoiling, called maintenance and the following morning it was working well. Also, there was a massive window in the main living area that did not have any curtain or any way for privacy, so the adjacent hotel rooms and balconies could see straight into our room at night with no way to prevent that. Overall, it was still a great stay.

2020 Baseball Tournament at the beach

We were here for a baseball tournament. The room was great. Gave it a 4 for cleanliness because there was sand all in the floor. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo overlooking a beautiful beach!

This condo was everything we needed. Newly updated and included everything we could want. We spent the month of February and we were very comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large with a wonderful soaker tub and large shower. Overall a very lovely place to stay.

Great stay

Gorgeous views - perfect resort for young families

This condo was beautifully decorated and perfect for our family with two young children. The views were incredible!, the beaches were gorgeous and the pools were nice! Clean, beautiful view from all rooms

Amazing!

PERFECT! JUST PERFECT!

Everything was brand new and very up-to-date. The location is perfect with more than one balcony and the views are some of the best on the beach. Plenty of towels and linens and enough pots and pans to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! Had one small issue when we arrived as we did not realize there was an extra door before the actual door but a quick call to Panhandle Getaways and that was resolved while I was on the phone. (and that was 9:00 in the evening) Could not have asked for anything better. Thank you so much!!!
