Great space with all the amenities for a small family! Love the included beach chairs. The whole unit was as described and check in/out was a breeze. The only thing I dislike about Splash is the elevators—too few for so many units. But this condo more than met our expectations! Would stay again!

Condo was pleasantly decorated and clean and updated kitchen appliances. It was well taken care of. Pool area was cleaned every morning and checked throughout the day. Close walk to the beach edge. We enjoyed it!

Loved the place and would definitely stay again the only downside is there is only 2 elevators per building and one went out while we were there but they fixed it pretty quick. My granddaughter loved it perfect place for families with kids.

Perfect for a family of 4. Super clean. Has everything you need and more. Close to elevators which sometimes took forever but the stairs are also close by so we took the stairs during busy times. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

The condo was a perfect size for myself, husband, and daughter! It was very clean and well maintained. It had a perfect view and was low enough to take the stairs during busy elevator times. We will definitely be rebooking this unit next year!

As a family with young children we loved being on the 4th floor right next to elevator. It made access to pools and beach very simple. Pools are right off the elevator and food by pools is great! So many things for kids to enjoy. Beach is not far at all from pool areas which is great for kids wanting to go back and forth. Home had everything we needed for cooking. Lots of storage for clothes. Felt like home for 10 days. Will definitely stay again. View from balcony is perfect! Feels like you’re sitting on the beach.

This apartment is gold! It's cozy and has personal attention of its owner. It is equipped with all you'd expect to have at your home, and even more. And the nicely decorated interior brings soothing atmosphere of relax and recreation after busy months. I wish the owner would write a book or guidelines for the other apartments like this to follow!

My family has stayed at numerous condos at Splash. We are so happy to have found this one! We were also pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t carpeting. There was carpeting in the pictures when we booked but there was wood-look flooring in the living room and bedroom when we got there. Perfect 4th floor location makes for an ideal view and enabled us to take the stairs rather than waiting excruciating amounts of time for the elevators. Since this one is in the west tower, and near the elevator, when we did use the elevator, we could ask our kids to hold the elevator since we could still see them from the unit, and then we could zip down to the waterpark instantly. This kitchen with the best equipped we’ve been in and that plus all the little details like hooks everywhere and black-out curtains made everything feel as convenient and comfortable as home. Having the extra bit of space at the entrance door was a big help. We weren’t constantly tripping over our beach gear at the door like we have in condos that were configured slightly differently, having no space at the front door. We could tell these owners put a lot of thought into this condo. We will definitely chose this one again.

We loved this condo so much! It was clean, clean, clean. It had a great view. It also had lots of extra fun things: movies, books and toys for our small children and a few beach toys on the patio. I was so glad it’s on the forth floor so we could take the stairs when the elevators were in heavy use. We definitely want to stay here again.

This was our first time at splash and PCB. We loved it! The kids loved the pools and beach. I loved the shaded part of the pools to take a break from the sun without having to go to the room. Our room 405W was great, well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely return.

This condo was great for our fall break vacation. Everything was as pictured and the owners could not have been more wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the keypad on the door and they had someone out to fix it within an hour! We have stayed at the Splash Resort several times and this unit has been one of our favorites. The fourth floor location was a definite plus as it seems every time we visit the resort the elevators seem to act up. Being on a lower floor level, the option to take the stairs was a plus.

Kids loved the splash pool and the kiddie pool! Highly recommend this place to anyone!!!! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and most important security guards that are constantly watching out for you and your family. Hope to go back next year.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo, it truly felt like home! The condo is very kid friendly and had everything we neeeded for our stay plus tons of extras. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the mornings off our balcony. We have stayed at the Splash Pad before and this is by far our favorite condo!!! We cannot wait to come back next year!

The unit was clean, free of damage and had everything we needed but a can opener (which the owner agreed to replace). I loved the decorations, too! We saw dolphins from the balcony several times. Both the owner and property manager communicated very well ahead of our tripand checked in to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend packing garbage bags, dish detergent, clorox wipes, tp and ziplocks. We went through a bunch of that type of stuff through the week. The resort was also really clean, with on site ice machine and a handy beach store with ice cream across the street. The unit came with 2 chairs and umbrella rental for the whole week which was huge for us. I highly recommend The Grand Marlin restaurant for a night out but it's about 25 min from the resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Splash! The owner, Jody, is great to work with! The property manager was also great! We enjoyed the extra perks like early use of the amenities & beach chairs and umbrella with the unit! We loved the decor of the unit and it has everything you need! It was very clean and smelled great when you walked in. We loved the easy access right off of the elevator. At times the elevators may get backed up, but with this unit being on the 4th floor, we would just use the stairs. The view is great! We will definitely be back! This is a great condo for families! Very family friendly!

Perfect location! Perfect condo! I was amazed at how perfect the location of this condo is and how amazing the condo itself is. Usually you get one or the other. This condo is in the west tower which was so convenient! The waterpark, the hot tub, the heated pool, and the arcade are all in this building. It is literally steps away from the elevator yet oh so quiet. We would just walk out of our condo, go a few steps, hop in the elevator and zoom directly down to the amenities. Having the beach chairs included was a luxury. I never knew how great that was because I was never willing to pay $40 a day to find out. We've always had to lug all of our stuff up and down to the beach before this condo. We felt so spoiled here. Never again will we rent any place that doesn't have them. The condo is the cutest, cleanest condo we've ever stayed in. All of the beds were very comfortable and the decor looked like a beach cottage. We loved having the keurig and plenty of space for our groceries as well. It was cold some of the time we were there so the movies, boardgames, and the table to play them on were a huge bonus that had us making memories instead of just watching TV. Because this condo is on the fourth floor, it was perfect for sitting out on the balcony. Lower is noisy and higher is scary. It was so hard to leave and just as hard to stay away. I'm suffering from withdrawals. We will definitely be back!
