PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS

We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL

Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Our prior reservation for a airbnb was canceled due to a smoke damage to a unit less than 24 hours before. Not sure what was next, given short time this unit came up. I read the reviews and decided to book it, I must say I give it a 10, the pictures were exactly as shown and the description was on point. It was a very quiet reserve area. The hostess communicated when asked questions and that said a lot. I have no take aways from this unit and although we always stay near Miramar, this will be our new location to be. Next year we are surely to rebook. Let me also add, the beds were comfortable, a huge plus in my book

We had a fantastic week at the Seaview Villas. The location is great and the property was gorgeous.

We enjoyed all the amenities. The location was great. Walking distance from all the fun spots. The beach was a quick five minute walk across the street from our condo. There was a path designated for guests of the Seaview Villas. The pool was practically in our backyard. We will be back again!
