This townhouse has everything you need for the perfect vacay to the beach! This was our first time renting a townhome vs a condo & I have to say it was quite nice to have no crowds, no waiting on elevators, just walk right out to the beach! Would Love to Stay at this Townhouse Again!

Great Location
Right on the beach with easy access. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have 3 full baths. Quiet and nicely decorated. My only complaint was living room rug smelled like dog urine. Amazing Townhouse

A COZY GETAWAY!
Property was clean and met all requirements of a great rental. Did not even know we were in a "pet friendly" unit. Townhome was decorated very nicely but not overdone. Kitchen was stocked very well. Extremely nice townhouse!
Sailfish is a very nice place to stay. It’s 150 steps to the beach from the back balcony(yes we checked it). The townhouse is very clean and well maintained. There were more kitchen supplies than I’ve seen anywhere else and we have vacationed at Panama City Beach for years now. It has 3 full baths which is great. Loved It❤️
The Beach view is amazing. Being able to walk to the beach was wonderful! Close to a lot of the shops and restaurants. The inside was spacious and well cleaned. Beautifully updated and comfortable unit right on the beach
This is our new favorite unit to stay at for PCB! Beautiful, high-end updates throughout. Comfortable bedding and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the deck overlooking the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. Walk down and straight out to the beach. Great property with updated furniture that isn’t in the online pictures. Awesome to be beachfront with a great deck and grill. We really enjoyed our stay. Great place!
We come to PCB quit often. We’ve stayed at all different places and enjoy this place the most. You can bring your pet. Don’t have elevators and can walk right out to beach, and love the location. Sailfish Townhouse
This townhouse is awesome, everything you need to make your stay wonderful. We had the best time, my grandsons really enjoyed our week on the beach and the adults to. The location is great. Parking is good you have 2 spots per unit they are close tight fit if you have a large vehicle. But in all I loved it, hope I get to stay there again. I'm sorry I didn't get everything done before we left but I did pay a cleaning fee and didn't leave it a mess. Beach getaway

Everything thing we needed for a perfect beach vacation!
Home was very comfortable and had everything we needed- even beach stuff. Would be even better if provided beach towels :) Updated bathrooms were super nice. The whole place was spacious and clean. My only advice is if you plan to do a lot of activities in PCB, maybe stay closer to the other end. It takes a good 20-30 min to get to most places. BUT if you are there for just the beach, it was perfect! Not too crowded And the deck is awesome! As far as bringing our dog, the yard had too many burrs getting stuck in her fur. And the ants like to bite, so we didn’t use the yard. We are still glad to have brought her and she did enjoy the deck! Highly recommend staying here!Davi E. - Posted: 8/9/2018

Such a beautiful, charming place on the beach..
Very clean, well kept and nicely decorated home on the beach. We did not leave the condo and chose to stay in for cookouts on the porch and walking a few steps to the beach each night for the sunset.Candace B. - Posted: 8/3/2018

Cute townhouse with a great location!
We had a great time at this townhome. The location was great and the beach was not crowded at all compared to staying at a high rise condo. This townhouse has three bathrooms not two as listed which was great! Would like to make a few friendly suggestions: master bedroom balcony didn’t seem very sturdy and may be in need of renovating like the other connected townhomes, the outdoor shower area can use a good cleaning, and the boards outside needs a sealant to prevent splinters. Wonderful!
We absolutely loved our time at Sailfish7! What a cute beach condo! We could not have picked a better location, it was so wonderful to walk right out to the beach from the back deck...we even saw a pod of dolphins from the deck while drinking our coffee!! The townhouse is beautiful! You could not be any closer to the beach unless you camped on it.
We were very happy with this town house! The only negative were the steep stairs off the deck to the beach. The decor is beautiful, very clean and full of supplies. The beds are very comfortable. We had two of our grandsons, our son and one dog with us.. Plenty of space and fun. Worried the boys would miss a pool, but they had so much fun in the ocean they did not miss a pool. The only way to describe the view is perfect! Parking is so easy and right at your front door, so loading and unloading is very simple.We wanted to come back in Nov. for our 38 anniversary, but this is booked till one week in Dec. Great Place To Stay!
What a great place to stay! We had 1 car so having 2 parking spaces we could unload without having to worry about hitting someone else's vehicle. We took our small dog and there was an area between the parking spaces and road to walk her. This was very nicely decorated, there was even a small Christmas tree to light up and very clean. We didn't cook anything but it looked like they had what you would need if you did. There's a grill on the deck which we didn't use but it's there if you wanted to grill. You are so close to the beach . You walk down a set of stairs off the main level to a small deck then step down onto sand. There are walkway stones to walk on to get down to the beach. Panhandle Getaways was really great to work with! You're given a code to unlock the door. When we arrived we started carrying our things in taking my phone in which had the door combination in it. Thank goodness Panhandle's phone number was on the outside of the unit that I was able to use my son's phone to call to get the combination. There was a Panhandle office right down the street in case you need something from them. I highly recommend Panhandle and this unit!Jackie P. - Posted: 1/12/2017

Terrific Vacation
We had a great time. Weather was beautiful and the beach was beyond beautiful. Sailfish 7 was comfortable, very close to the beach and more than we could ask for in a vacation home. Better than home away from home
The house was right on the beach. The house had everything we needed, very clean and nice. The beds were very confortable. We went the weekend after Labor Day and it was great, not very crowded. The house is on the main road but no road noise at all. We loved that the house was pet friendly. breathtaking
This is the most beautiful place on the beach. We loved this townhome . It was very clean and we'll kept. Our pets were able to get out on the deck and take walks outfront. It was so enjoyable. We didn't want to leave. We will be back again..thanks againRebecca R. - Posted: 7/9/2015

Pet friendly
Wow!! I spent most of my time on the patio with a book and my dog. We normally stay in a high rise but decided to try something different and we are so glad we did. They allowed me to bring my pet which sold me. I will definitely return this summer.Anonymous - Posted: 2/23/2015

Complete relaxation
