We had a great stay! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect during our visit, which made being right on the beach even more enjoyable. It was so nice to be just steps away from the ocean.
One thing to note—dogs aren’t allowed on the beach directly in front of the property, but there’s a designated dog beach just about 2 miles away at Pier Park.
Overall, a relaxing and convenient spot. Would definitely stay again!

This place was so beautiful and peaceful! The view is incredible! We spent a whole day walking & sitting on the beach enjoying the sunshine, and the sunset is a flow of fabulous colors! When this place says it’s a fully stocked kitchen, they weren’t lying! I made Christmas dinner with all the pots and pans and serving dishes we needed! Plenty of wine glasses! The beds are comfy and awesome water pressure. Fluffy white towels are soft! My family and I feel like we’re totally re-energized to face the challenges of life again!

This space far exceeded my expectations! It was clean and very comfortable and the view of the beach from the porch was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with amenities like a crock pot, a ninja blender, coffee grinder, a huge fridge, and more. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Sailfish! Everything was clean and the amenities were amazing! There were plenty of towels, pillows, soap, etc. for our stay. The location couldn’t have been better. On the beach is the only way to stay! They were working on the townhouse next door, but we never heard any noise. Check in was seamless. Communication was quick throughout the whole reservation process. Be mindful the door code will work at exactly 4:00 when check in begins. We were there a little early and got nervous the code was wrong. We will absolutely be back!

This property was perfect for me and my 2 young adult daughters. Everything was very comfortable. When we were not on the beach we spent most of our time on the back deck. I would have preferred a little more privacy on the deck, but the fact that we were able to go down about 10 steps to the sand made it all worth while!

Our stay was incredible! Having direct beach access to the Gulf was amazing. The condo was spacious, well appointed, contained everything you could think of for a pleasant stay. It was paradise and especially nice that it was dog friendly. In addition to the unit, with your own parking space, the area had numerous restaurants with delicious food and shopping. We definitely hope to stay again. Our hosts are kind and amazing people. We thank them for sharing their slice of paradise with us.

We loved this property. We average twice a year to the beach for the last 35 years and this place has to be top 2 of all the places we have ever stayed. Owners were great to work with and very informative before we checked in. Beds were comfortable and the area is very quiet. This townhome just suited our needs perfectly. Really nice place and right on the beach. Its a townhouse so the back deck isnt very private from the neighbors but that is to be expected. This was much better than the condo we got last time at the calypso. Convenience is key here. We are going to try and get this place when we go with our kids. It would be great for them and to not have to deal with the hassle of going up 14 floors to the condo if you need something. Owners were very nice and helpfull but didn't bother us at all. Great balance.

You can’t beat the location of this property. Steps from the beach out your back door. Great views from the living room and beachside bedroom. Owners are great to work with and call after you check in to see if you need anything. Price is a great value. This is an older property but that is reflected in the rate and the location more than makes up for the age. Overall a great place to stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

We loved our week long stay at this townhome. Weather was not great (beach closed most of our trip), but the location more than made up for it. The deck is perfect for relaxing, reading, and enjoying the spectacular view. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 5 - plenty of room for everyone. We cooked all our own meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This part of the beach too was very quiet - lots more people to both sides, but this section behind the townhomes was pretty quiet most days. This is the perfect house to enjoy a beach vacation!

This is the best place ever! I was looking for a house that was “on the beach”, that I could open the door and be on the beach. This is the one. You just to downstairs and you’re on the beach. The sunsets are breathtaking. The city is super nice, people super friendly. The owners are THE BEST! I have nothing to complain about it and I am very picky. This townhouse is right on the beach! Just walk off the deck and you are in the sugar white sand. Beautiful views from inside and the deck. The kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed grilling on the back deck and listening to the ocean. The location cannot be beat-close to two grocery stores. A lot less crowded than Thomas Drive. The owners, Peter and Jackie were wonderful to work with. Great people. We look forward to being back very soon.

Wonderful family vacation. We were pleasantly surprised they had upgraded some of the furniture that are not shown in the pictures. The owners were very helpful with details and directions with the property. I would make a suggestion to replace the king matress as it was not very comfortable. However the queen bed my kids slept on seemed newer and had no complaints. The location is perfect just steps from the beach and just minutes from downtown. Overall great property and would love to stay again in the future.

This place is absolutely perfect ! My family and I stayed here for my parents 30th wedding anniversary along with our 2 golden retrievers. It's hard to find a place (especially directly on the beach) that will let you bring large breed dogs so we are very thankful they aloud us to do so! And the entire place is dog friendly! We loved being able to drink our coffee on the deck overlooking the beach every morning. You just walk down the deck stairs and you're on the beach ! It was so convenient especially bc I have a 1 year old son. We would leave our stuff set up and go back for lunch or to lay my son down for a nap. It was great not having to carry everything back and forth. Plus, the condo has everything you need for the beach; chairs, umbrellas, floats, and even baby floats which was perfect bc we forgot my son's. It's also right down the street from Pier Park, restaurants, and souvenir shops ! Jackie and Peter were wonderful as well! We arrived at the townhouse on a Friday night and found it to be very clean and exactly what we had hoped for, Relaxing and cozy. Saturday morning we found that the coffee pot had been broken, but before we could notify Peter and Jackie about the situation Aimee had stopped by to let us know about it and that she would replace it, if we were coffee drinkers, I was impressed with the quickness of the replacement. Other than the broken coffee pot issue we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful view from the deck. Sitting there every morning watching the sunrise and seeing an occasional dolphin was amazing! After our morning ritual we walked the beach looking for seashells just enjoying its beauty. This was a long over due vacation and thanks to Peter and Jackie we were able to enjoy it immensely. They are wonderful people to rent from and my family looks forward to our next opportunity to stay at their townhouse, which is exactly like they described, a home away from home. Recommendations to visitors are deep sea fishing and the shell island tour with Captain Anderson. Thank you again Peter and Jackie for the relaxing vacation. We have visited Panama City Beach several times, always staying in high rise condos. After a couple of experiences with rowdy teenagers,, we decided to try something different. Enjoyed everything about this beach house. You drive right up to the front door and unloading is a breeze. You can walk right in and out the sliding glass doors onto the beautiful Trex deck. We spent lots of time under the umbrella on the deck. It is down the steps and over the dunes to the beautiful white beach. This area of the beach was not busy at all when we were there. The kitchen was well equipped with newer stainless appliances. There were plenty of dishes, pans, sliverware and utensils, and we cooked many meals at home. If you love seafood, don't miss Buddy's Seafood Market. We were close to restaurants and to Pier Park, but were out of the busy traffic you generally see on Front Beach Road. And we appreciated being able to bring our small dog. We tried to reciprocate by being good pet owners,, always picking up after her and not damaging any of the nice furnishings. We will definitely choose Jackie and Peter's house on our next trip back.

We had a wonderful vacation in this beach house. This beach house had everything we needed and more. Everyone in our group enjoyed it to the fullest. Can't wait to come back someday. Beach is very quiet here and it was great being very close to Pier Park for lunch and dog beach. Also loved Thomas Doughnuts just short drive away. We will be back soon. My husband and I renew our wedding vows every year on our anniversary. This year we choose Sailfish 3. Its a great place to stay right on the beach, with a great deck, you can eat and just watch the ocean. The owners make sure you have everything you could want to cook or grill with. We didn't want to leave, and hope to go back again

This was our second time in three years staying at Sailfish 3 and I'm sure it won't be the last. What a wonderful place to come into after a long day at the beach. It is just like being at home except where we live there is no beach. The owners take pride in their beach home and the communication with them is excellent. They provide everything you need to cook in or grill out. We enjoy going to restaurants while visiting but we also like to wind down some and eat in. This is a wonderful and relaxing beach home. My husband and I have looked for the perfect beach getaway for our girls (ages 13 and 3) for several years. Now we know we have found it! This place was absolutely perfect for us. Our girls loved their room and we loved having breakfast out on the deck every morning. There was never a lack of things to do around the area or places to eat (although we had our favorites!). My family (all four of us) agreed this was the best beach vacation we've ever had. We are looking forward to next summer. Peter and Jackie are the most generous of hosts and super easy to work with. I can't think of one complaint, although a warning...don't forget and leave your beach items on the beach overnight...they will come through and remove them. Learned that the hard way but didn't let it affect our good stay!

Our family traveled to Panama City Beach this summer for a softball tournament with our daughter, and had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful and exceptional condo during our stay! It was the best decision we made! It was quiet, peaceful and had every amenity we could imagine, and did not have to deal with hotel traffic of elevators, people above or below you, and have actual privacy. The property is so well-maintained and modernized. The location of the property is also so close to restaurants, shopping, so walking distance is not a problem. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Panama City Beach-area.

My wife Mother in Law and I plus our Little four legged Buddy Rudy stay their last Sept the owners are great they will and do bend over backwards to take care of you every need with in there power for your vacation stay.Now Townhouse clean and large very well taking care of. Now the outside in the front you have two private parking spot that marked for you and we really like that as we only had one car we took up both sites that way no one can beat your doors in now to the backside and that was my favorite spot we loved setting out on the deck with big umbrella sitting in chairs watching listening to the ocean. Beach time how great it is to walk down a few steps and your toes are in the sand your not a few hundred from the beach your on the beach with Private fence with sea-oats growing all around you.If you get up one morning and don't want to cook any time that day breakfast lunch or supper theirs a great little restaurant about block east of townhouse a very easy walk to a place called Mikes to eat not fancy but good and a lot cheaper than a lot of the well name places.But what we like about this place the best was no standing and waiting for elevator walk right in front or back no fighting or running down a buggies for your suitcases .Yes i gave it a five star but on the down side if you have to have a pool and loud music and be elbow to elbow with each other this might not be the best spot for you but if the only noise you want to here is the waves and lots of beach space this the place for you.

We are actually still here while I write this review. Love the location. The house is spacious and very comfortable. It's very quiet here and love sitting out on the spacious deck watching the water. We also love the upstairs waterfront balcony in the evenings. My little cockatoo is very comfortable on the back deck just laying in the sun. Great location in a quiet part of the beach yet minutes to all the action. We are having a wonderful relaxing time.

Sailfish was the perfect getaway for our family of four as well as our Lab Yogi. My wife and I had such a relaxing time and the house had everything we needed. Our two teenage daughters loved how close the beach was to the house as well. Right down the steps and you're there! The townhouse was perfect for us and we felt at home the moment we walked in the door. This was the first VRBO home we rented and were a little nervous but Peter and Jackie were very accommodating and made the whole process seamless. Thank you both so much! We're definitely coming back!

The kitchen was awesome, it made me want to cook. The deck was so nice, we stayed on it mostly. And Lucy, loved being able to run in the little yard. It was so nice to not have to kennel her. The beds were so comfy. The bathroom was somewhat outdated, but decorated well. Thanks and hope to be back next year!

My wife and I found the condo really nice and clean. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone. We found Shannon to be very prompt, friendly and helpful. She recommended some restaurants in the area. Amie also recommended Bayou Bills crab house. We found the food to be great and our waiter Clayton really gives good service. We are a family of four returning to PCB after going elsewhere for several years. We spent the early years of our children's lives coming to PCB to enjoy the quiet, the beautiful sand and peaceful water. When we had young teenagers, we went on cruises, to Disney, to family reunions. etc. With a son going to college in the fall, we opted to find a condo right near where we used to go to try and take a relaxing trip to the past. We all came back tanned, relaxed, and still in love with this beach. Our week in the condo was great. It is everything the owners say it is. Well equipped, clean, ON THE BEACH, quiet and the deck was a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. We did take the drive to Destin for the Outlet Mall and drove down FL Rt 30. For miles, we couldn't even see the Gulf that was a stone's throw from the road. It was such a relief to get back to the Sailfish where we were on the beach. You can go back to the beach of 20 years ago! It's right here!

This condo was five star plus! Exactly as described, immaculately clean, and ready for beach fun! Our son even came to call it home! The beach access was prime, the shower at the bottom of the deck stairs a life-saver, and the beach itself uncrowded and beautiful! Peter and Jackie helped us have the vacation of a lifetime; if we come back to PCB, there's nowhere else we would even consider staying! Close to grocery, pharmacy, shopping, restaurants, and surf stores! We had an absolute ball! Thanks, Peter and Jackie, for sharing your home with us!!!!

This is a fabulous beach getaway. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained and the owners are very conscientous and pleasant to deal with. We happened to be there during spring break for high school aged kids, but the condo is far enough west of the main hubub so as to never be a problem. We loved watching the sunset over the ocean and the sounds of the surf rolling in at night. Just relaxing on the deck that's right on the beach and people watching was fabulous. There is lots of fun stuff to see and do for people of all ages Great nearby restaurants include Mikes (especially for breakfast), then for dinner: Bayou Bills, Dee's Hangout, Dusty's Seafood. And then there is the small family run Hog Nose Snapper - incredibly good. You can't miss out on this vacation spot, we'll be back again and again!!

Just spent 7 glorious days at this property with family. The property looks exactly as it does in the pictures but the sound of the surf was an added bonus. There is nothing like the sleep you have with the patiodoor open all night to the gentle ocean breeze. There is lots to see and do in the area; great restaurants and shopping. if you can tear yourself away from the beach.. The property was very well maintained and the owners were a delight to deal with. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a perfect get-a-way to swim, relax and soak up the sun.

I had the opportunity to stay at this location for four days during a vacation to Florida and wish it could have been 40 days. The property is in a prime location with access to everything you need for your stay within a few minutes walk. It is also an amazing to wake up in a place like this as you can walk out on the deck and you are on the beach in seconds with a spectacular view. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family to stay. Great place!

My wife and I have stayed at this property for the last several years when it is available. There are many great places to eat, shop and enjoy movies. The property offers quick access to the beach or you can just enjoy the beach and ocean from the back deck. The property owners are great people and always call to make sure we arrived safely and to ensure the property is in order. This property is like a home away from home with great neighbors. Always clean and nicely furnished, we make this our first choice for our fall and spring vacations. I believe just about anyone would enjoy this location for a vacation.

Home where you walk down the stairs and are on the beach with your first step. Home where you wake up to the sound of the gulf surf. Home where the decision-making required is SPF 30 or SPF 15, Mai Tai or Pina Colada, grilled shrimp or grouper. This is a very well-maintained, spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly located townhome. Its not a high rise condo and to us that's a very good thing.
