Prominence on 30A is certain to attract families looking to experience the area with easy access to new and long time 30A haunts along the beautiful white beaches of The Panhandle. The Big Chill, a family hot-spot for entertainment, features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays host to concerts, sporting events, movie nights on the green, family activities, restaurants and boutique shops. Guests will certainly enjoy Luke Bryan's place as it is a very popular place to gather. All of this within less than a 5 minute walk.

Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys and Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

 

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This was our 2nd time staying in this house. It has a great layout for two families with a big kitchen and huge living room area. Also, our kids love that it is walking distance to the big chill.

This is a great house with an excellent location. It's located in the middle of 30A, between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Having a few restaurants and shops within walking distance was convenient. The house was spacious, clean and had an elevator and a golf cart. I would definitely rent this house again.
