About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. 

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

 

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We had a wonderful time at the Prominence and the Palm Haven condo was perfect for our family! Across the street from the pool and the the Big Chill couldn’t have been better!

We’ve been to 30A multiple times and this was our best trip yet! The location is everything!!! We absolutely loved it and enjoyed our home too. I would highly recommend this space to anyone!

Beautiful condo, lots of amenities. Pool was nearby and included areas of shade and full sun. Dining/takeout options and shopping directly across the street at The Big Chill. We explored the State Parks all along the Panhandle during our stay and enjoyed it all!

Gulf Getaway and Grandkids too!
Really enjoyed our brief stay, just two nights. The host was wonderful, very professional and easy to reach, got us checked in early and had the place spotless and welcoming. Very nice stay and will definitely book with Panhandle Getaways again!

This was our favorite trip to 30a! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were close to so many shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The golf cart was also really fun to use! The space was setup perfectly and we had everything we needed.

My family of 6 had a wonderful Spring Break trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. The golf cart and bikes were an excellent addition and came in handy when going to the beach. Chairs and beach toys were also included which was a plus. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool but this unit is right across the street. Overall 10/10 and I would stay there again.

communication was excellent start to finish! condo was beautifully decorated & comfortable. loved the mix use space at The Big Chill. pools were gorgeous! only drawback (& not anyone’s fault) was the bridge construction on 30a… made it a long ride to the beach.. but at the same time, got us out exploring other beaches! great visit!

Beautiful beach home in a perfect location! Large, inviting pool right out the front door but still very private. Our family had a fun time exploring the area by bike and golf cart! (Golf was a plus and beach access nearby!) The neighborhood is very family and pet friendly. Lots of dining and shopping options. Wonderful vacation and would absolutely return again!
