About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. 

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

 

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

What an amazing 50th birthday celebration had by all of our family in celebration of me!!! This was such a beautiful home and atmosphere. Everything about this place was amazing especially from checking in early and seeing that we actually had a golf cart big enough and worth using!!! I can’t say enough great things about this well thought out place!!!!

Had a great vacation here with my family. The older kids enjoyed biking to the Big Chill. The pools were never crowded and you could always find a chair. Can’t wait to return.

Youth trip blast
We had a group of teens from our church. It was perfect for them to ride bikes, hangout at the Hub and truly chill. They danced and laughed and made lots of fun memories. Jenny that I spoke with several times was so nice and helpful. The house was exactly as expected and more. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful home
Everything was great about this property except beach access. It was not convenient and the closest public beach is very strict about the total amount of people they allow onto the beach. If you are happy with two nice pools and driving 5-10 mins to the beach, this is perfect. The Big Chill area was great for everyone. Overall we loved this house and we were very happy with it.

Great Location
Excellent location, being within walking distance to the hub is a bonus. Great food and entertainment for the kids! The house was perfect for our family, the kids really enjoyed the bunk room. The first floor is wide open to hang out with everyone and enjoy your time away!
