You’ll enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant comfortable family friendly home filled with coastal charm! Upon arrival, you’ll notice the over-sized driveway with ample parking, room for 6-seater golf cart (included) and bike parking.

As you step into Sugar Magnolia, guests will take note of the open environment with 10-foot ceilings and coastal style throughout the home, including a first floor master suite with private access to the back patio. The dining table can seat 10 andthere are 4 extra seats at the kitchen island. In the back of the home you will find a covered deck with sectional and an expanded paver patio with outdoorteak dining table for 8, plus a Weber grill!

Head up to the 2^nd floor and you will find spacious living quarters, including 3 additional full bathrooms, a 2^nd master (w/ en suite), 3^rd kingbedroom, bunkroom with two sets of T/T bunks, private office w/additional sleeping, and 2^nd floor balcony with gulf view.

Please note that Beach Access for ALL Prominence homes are via Public beach access points. Prominence homes do NOT have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to private club facilities.

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***

We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE. This includes emotional support animals.

About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Spacious and Convenient

This property is great for family vacations. The there's plenty of space inside and out. From the upper porch with day swing to the back porch for evening relaxing. Overall our stay was fantastic. Jennifer the contact for the neighbor assisted with all concerns addressing them quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Property in Prominence

We had a great stay for the month of Feb. Loved the porches on the front of the house with southern exposure. Glimpse of the gulf and great sunsets. Listing was accurate and the home was quite comfortable. Enjoyed fresh grouper on the grill several times while there !! Panhandle was great to deal with. Had a few minor issues which they took care of immediately. Used the Xplorie concierge service included in the rental for airport transportation and golf, and they were great as well. A+ all around.

Beautiful home. Super clean, plenty of space for 7 people. The beach access was difficult at first but we finally found our way around. The Big Chill has some amazing lobster rolls and great activities for kids.

Beautiful House, Excellent Host

We had the best time on a girls trip to 30A! The house was so clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed having the golf cart that was included and the bed swing on the 2nd floor balcony! The host was great when communicating with us and even replied back to a question I had very late at night. Would stay here again!

Good House

Thank you for your five-star review! The rental includes a free beach shuttle to the Santa Clara beach access between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The shuttle makes its rounds about once per hour, and there are two pickup points in Prominence - by the north side pool and by the mail boxes on the south side. We provide our guests with the phone number for the shuttle so they can call or text the driver. Our guests are also able to choose from the dozens of other beach access points in the area, and renters receive a six-seater golf cart with their rental to help them explore the area. We enjoyed hosting your vacation, and we hope you can visit us again soon!
