Welcome to Seaglass, our stunning beach house in the Prominence neighborhood on 30A, Florida's renowned coastal paradise. This luxurious retreat offers an unparalleled blend of modern comfort and coastal charm.

Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. 

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

 

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Summer Beach Trip
Seaglass was a beautiful home that had everything we needed. Being near The Hub was also great for the teens to have somewhere close to venture out too. Loved our stay!

Perfect Family Vacation
Location for activities is awesome! Beautiful home with plenty room. Amenities such as TV in each room, bathrooms for each room, golf cart and beach chairs made it even better! We want to return again!

Perfect family beach getaway!
Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was clean and big enough for two families. Plenty of space (inside and out) to spread out and relax. All the necessary amenities were included (beach towels, sheets, plates, cooking stuff). Golf cart was key for getting around and exploring all of 30-A. The Hub (entertainment, food, ice cream, drinks, coffee) and two pools were walking distance from the house. The owner made everything super easy- text to communicate if needed but most info is in the app. Perfect for families. We had a great time and are already planning our next trip back.

Perfect 50th anniversary celebration

Beach Vacation
Home is absolutely beautiful & clean. Comes with endless Amenities. Beach is quite a ways away from the home but with the nice golf cart it helps (approx 5 min ride, with a 5 min walk after parking). If you do not mind not being right on the beach this home and neighborhood (includes shopping/restaurants/activities) is perfect.

Perfect house- just need to be closer to beach!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful house! The owners made it so easy to enjoy ourselves with the added touches of a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs & some toys/games, bikes, beach towels & even had donuts delivered to us on our first morning! The house is laid out nicely & spacious enough for all 10 of us. Its beautifully decorated & very comfortable! The only 2 downsides are the pool & beach... while we did love the golf cart, loading up stuff & traveling 3 miles to the beach to unload & do it again, wasn't as nice as being able to just walk a block or right out onto the beach. The closer state park beach access was closed (and we were told that even though its closer, its almost a mile hike to the beach from the parking lot!). The pool is across the street & is nice, however with the COVID limited restrictions to 1 1/2 hours, it was a bummer to have to pack up and hope to get back into the pool again. We were thankful, however for the limited number of people allowed, because the pool would be very crowded I fear on a normal day if not limited, just due to its size. Thank you for allowing us to stay & make memories with our family which is truly a blessing!!

Great time on 30a - Seaglass is immaculate
‘Seaglass” is a beautiful home. It had every thing we needed for a great vacation. The home is extremely well appointed and maintained. I felt like I could fully relax and not worry about needing anything for my family to have a wonderful time.

Comfortable, clean, safe House
We loved this place. It was roomy enough for all 7 of us. Loved having our own bathrooms. Updated and beautiful with absolutely everything we needed. Took the cart to the beach access and enjoyed the ride. Wonderful trip!

Amazing house!
This is the prettiest house with all the nicest decor. The house was clean and fully stocked with towels and wash clothes. Most places only give you a few but they had plenty. The golf cart was also a nice extra with the house. The beach towels and chairs they provide you with are excellent as well! Great overall experience. The only thing was the access to the beach was a little ways from the house but other than that it was excellent!

A perfect family vacation place
We had 3 generations (14 people) in this house for 7 glorious days. It is beautiful, spacious, and everything you could want in a vacation home. Highly recommend it if you want a beach stay. Checked in on the i-pad, made a request via email... all using technology and totally efficient. Cant say enough good things! Thanks

Great stay but beware outlets and ice
All was terrific. Would stay here again. If you select this property be prapareed to bring ice as the ice maker is extremely slow! The outlets in one of the bathrooms didn't work. On all fairness we didn't say anything to the property management as we were busy enjoying ourselves.

Very nice and well kepted
Plenty of room for a huge family. Had a blast and would recommend again. Nice activities at the Hub but the beaches were far and I would prefer walking closer without golf carts if I wanted beach but other than that it was lovely

Beautiful home. Nice and clean.
Loved the house. Only drawback no direct beach access. You can drive the golf cart about a mile down the road. That access has no bathroom.
