About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence on 30A is certain to attract families looking to experience the area with easy access to new and long time 30A haunts along the beautiful white beaches of The Panhandle. Prominence features incredible amenities, open green spaces & easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Guests will enjoy the community's beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools, 1 heated seasonally.

The Big Chill, a family hot-spot for entertainment, features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays host to concerts, sporting events, movie nights on the green, family activities, restaurants and boutique shops. Guests will certainly enjoy Luke Bryan's place as it is a very popular place to gather. All of this within less than a 5 minute walk.

Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys and Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Clean, convenient, great communication
Stayed for spring break with my kids 7,4 &1 and my parents who are 70+ plus our dog. We had plenty of room and to spread out and enjoyed the golf cart and proximity to the pool and the Big Chill across the street.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was in a great location and the host was promptly responsive to any questions. Being pet friendly was a huge plus. Having access to bikes and a golf cart was also very convenient. I would highly recommend and will use again when we come back for a visit.

Great Stay
Property was perfect for our family of four and pups. Great location next to the pool. There is a grassy dog walk two house down. Weather did not cooperate but the rental was great. The only thing I would suggest is not taking the golf cart more than 3 miles one way. It loses power very quickly. Even at 70% battery you could tell it was struggling. The beach accessories were great and the bikes were perfect.

The townhouse was lovely. Nice size and location. Had no trouble at all reserving bikes. Golf cart and bikes are a great plus.

Senior Trip
Panhandle Getaways we’re top notch on communication and getting our every need taken care of. The townhouse was spotless, the golf cart helped getting to the beach. Book your bike rentals before your trip, and you’ll enjoy sightseeing on your bike. The only problem was limited internet, and the room temperature is very freezing cold. (and you cannot adjust the temp) Overall, it was a amazing stay and I would book again Prominence again. Thanks you!
