PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well trained dogs (NO CATS) to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Additional Pet Fee applies.

About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence on 30A is certain to attract families looking to experience the area with easy access to new and long time 30A haunts along the beautiful white beaches of The Panhandle. Prominence features incredible amenities, open green spaces & easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Guests will enjoy the community's beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools, 1 heated seasonally.

The Big Chill, a family hot-spot for entertainment, features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays host to concerts, sporting events, movie nights on the green, family activities, restaurants and boutique shops. Guests will certainly enjoy Luke Bryan's place as it is a very popular place to gather. All of this within less than a 5 minute walk.

Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys and Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

My husband and I decided to try on being snowbirds for a month as we live in Colorado normally. We are recent empty-nesters and wanted to get a feel for what it would be like to get out of the snow for a lot longer than a standard vacation. This place is exactly as described and was suitable for what we were trying to accomplish. The correspondence and attention to our outreach was immediate and also proactive. Very friendly and highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, chic and amazing place
Love this place, near to beautiful beaches, house has everything you need, golf cart was amazing experience for my family and very convenient to go to the beaches, quick to park and carrying over. In front of community are a lot of restaurants like a food court and entertainment at night. We really enjoyed our stay and we will come back next summer. Thank you

Very Nice property
Loved the location, the use of a golf cart and the extra sofa sleep space. Wish the property was a little more stocked. No trash bags, salt and pepper, detergent etc. but otherwise great stay!

Beautiful home and great stay!
The house is truly beautiful and has such nice decor and touches! The beds were comfortable, and there was great areas for spending time together, watching movies, cooking, etc. The golf cart was also a wonderful addition! The house lacked just a few things - no wash clothes in the bathrooms, no beach towels (this was mentioned in the listing, but I think would be a nice touch being so close to the beach and having a pool in the subdivision). Would definitely stay again!
