NOTE: Use of the owner's three additional personal bikes is included for your enjoyment during your stay. Please note that if a bike becomes unavailable due to loss, flat tire, or similar circumstances, there will be no refund, as their use is provided as a courtesy by the owner.

The owner is also supplying 9 beach/pool towels and 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs for guest use during your stay.

Please be aware that if any of these courtesy items (bikes, towels, or chairs) are lost, damaged, or otherwise unavailable, no refund will be issued, as they are offered as a complimentary convenience.

About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Family trip

We throughly enjoyed every aspect of our trip to this area. The house we rented in Watersound was beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the necessities. The location was perfect for all to walk or bike ride to The Chill. The kids really enjoyed having the bikes and the adults enjoyed the golf cart. Anyone would enjoy renting this house for their stay.

Play-cation

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament in Panama. The check in was a little unclear but we ended up figuring it out with some communication. The front door cannot be unlocked or locked from the outside. The location is great because it's far enough away from Panama that is was really quiet - almost too quiet as kids wanted to ride bikes at 10 and they were warned...but then again I understand. The HUB was a great little spot to hang out. There are always activities that include all ages. Live music, DJ, movie night, crafts, yoga, etc. very nice to be able to walk up to this area. Food was pretty good - a little on the pricey side, but that seems standard for the area. Having a golf cart and bikes was WONDERFUL - hubby took the golf cart anywhere he could. The drive to Seaside takes only a few minutes and it's a cute little stop. Everything was clean and in working order. A welcome packet with info on beach access, local spots and how to work the coffee pot would have been helpful. We did some roaming around and used Youtube for coffee. Over all - a great spot to stay

Couple get-away

We had an amazing stay! I would love to come back- it was close to everything we needed & the use of the golf cart was perfect! The only negative was that if you head towards Rosemary beach, golf carts are not welcome & we didn’t realize that prior to heading there. The home was honestly just perfect! We would rent this again in a heartbeat! A couple of recommendations- * Old Florida Fish House- AMAZING, we could have ate there every day of our trip- we simply loved everything about it * We loved the Hub! It’s super casual and has something for everyone. Shopping, food, bars, a cigar bar- so fun! * Brunch was so delish at The Perfect Pig! * we rented beach chairs and umbrellas, it was so super convenient.

Family and friends Vacay

It was a great house with all the necessity we needed! We loves having the hub close to the house! All the bedrooms were roomy. The only down fall was the bunkroom doesn't have a door and the noise from downstairs carries into the bunkroom.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grace by the Sea! It is a beautiful property. The furnishings were great, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the sectional in the living room - a great place for all of us to hang out together in the evening. The location was great - close to the pool and to The Hub. The beach was a short golf cart ride away. We would definitely recommend Grace by the Sea.

Summer 2021

Everything was great about the house and area. House is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The only negative I can point out is the WiFi/internet service. It was very spotty to the point of anything we watched on the tv would freeze up regularly, as well as using any of our devices like phones, tablets, and laptops.

Girls Weekend Getaway

There were 10 of us girls and we had a wonderful experience!! We loved that the house had a golf cart and bikes, which allowed all of us to ride to the beaches in the area. The HUB was in a short walking distance from the house too. I will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grace by the Sea! It’s so beautiful it should be in a design magazine! The house was extremely well appointed and very comfortable. The Hub was hopping and the beach never disappoints. Having the use of the golf cart made it fun to scoot over to Seaside for lunch and shopping. The one drawback we found was lack of direct beach access. Other than that it was perfect!!! Working with Panhandle Getaways made our stay easy.
