Endless Summer is well suited for your crew with its large and open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is plenty of room for gathering while meals are prepared as the floor plan allows for easy sight into the living area.

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***

We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE. This includes emotional support animals.

About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Perfect!

The house was perfect for our stay. We have family in the area we were visiting and the house was able to host everyone for dinners and was comfortable for the crew that was staying. The rental group was super responsive for any questions I had leading up to our stay as well which was greatly appreciated! We’ll be back for sure!

Great Family Get Away

This was a great family get away place to stay. The only thing that was confusing was trying to find the place. The directions were not very clear. Other than that the place is amazing and we loved having the golf cart and bikes.

my only complaints are that we thought we were in watersound - the emails said watersound - this is not in watersound. but a lovely community. also beach access isn't super close - need to drive, bike or use golf cart which was included so that was nice - but it just wasn't right across the road or in watersound

Beautiful unit!

Beautiful unit, just like the pictures. Great location close multiple public beaches. The golf cart was very convenient, and we used the beach chairs in the garage. WiFi is spotty but it is not their fault because there is bad internet signal in the area. Bring your own beach towels. Our family would stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful house. The pool was great and very well taken care of. Also the proximity to the Hub was really convenient. The house is a long walk but short bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach access points.

Nice place and location

The place looks as photographed. Tall ceilings and nicely furnished. Outside patio is on the corner and fenced in which is a nice hang out place. I would of liked to have 4 vs 2 chairs outside, giving us all a place to sit. The golf cart was fun however it doesn’t hold a charge, so don’t go farther than 15-20 mins out. And charge to a 100% after every ride.

Absolutely beautiful will most definitely be back soon! Location was great if your having second thoughts about booking your vacation don’t !!! Go go go !! 30A is the place to be the Community the restaurants the neighbors just everything I didn’t want to leave :) the home is absolutely beautiful brand new and just so cozy the double head shower was like being at the spa. Looking forward to booking again
