PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***
We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.


About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. 

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We had a wonderful stay. We would be happy to return and loved this home. The home, location to two beach access points, bikes, golf cart and proximity to close by restaurants and shopping was wonderful. We felt right at home. We loved the fully set up kitchen and the home was comfortably clean. The beds were also comfortable!
Our one hiccup was that the home did not have beach towels, so we ordered some through amazon and instead of the Amazon order coming to the door it was delivered into the homeowners mailbox. We were not able to access our delivery and ended up going home without all the beach towels we ordered. This was frustrating, however not at the fault of the homeowner. Just unfortunate we weren’t able to get into contact with anyone who could get us our package.

Amazing! Breezy Bliss was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandma. I love the proximity to the Big Chill , and it was still so quiet. The public access beaches and Deer Lake State Park are a 2-minute golf cart trip. I was sick for our first two days , and the home was a cooled, peaceful place to rest with plenty of room for us to spread out. Thank you!
