PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***
We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. A daily pet fee will be charged after your reservation is made, should you decide to bring a furry friend (this includes emotional support animals). We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate-trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations, any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Please no cats for allergenic reasons.

 

About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida
Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk. 

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

 

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Had an amazing stay here for Spring Break! The house was exactly how it looked in photos and was very clean. Comes stocked with cooking utensils, pans, plates, wine glasses, cups (but no to-go thermoses for coffee), baking pans, etc. The community is across the street from the Big Chill which is great for the kiddos to run around but to be honest the food was pretty underwhelming for the price but I guess they have a captive audience. Panhandle management was super responsive and friendly. The golf cart made it easy to get around and had some free parking passes for use. Tip for those thinking of booking this Airbnb: the house comes with beach chairs and bikes so you don’t have pack your own from home. We would definitely book again!!

We love staying at Prominence. This house is on the back street of Prominence North but still very close (walkable) to pool and The Big Chill. Easy golf cart ride or bike to beach. I would recommend bringing one or two extra trash bags with you since you only have one in the kitchen trash can.

Very nice house. Relaxing stay.
House was very nice. Good location. We understood it had a private beach that was nearby, but it didn’t. The first day we biked a mile to the public beach. We used the golf cart once and the battery went low very quickly so we didn’t use it again. We all enjoyed the stay. House was nice and very clean. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because beach was so far.

Everything was great. We had a couple of issues during our stay however: the fridge wasn’t working properly however the host took care of the problem swiftly. Also towards the end of our stay our Golf Cart broke. The battery completely fried, however again, the host stepped up and took care of the issue and was able to provide us a new golf cart. The area is wonderful, we loved the community.

Our stay was amazing. The condo had all the amenities to make us feel at home. Spacious and clean. The entire properties with access to pools and The Big Chill area made it feel like a resort. The golf cart and bikes were an extra perk. We will definitely plan to come back again.

Awesome Place to Stay
My family and I absolutely loved this property. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation stay. We did not need to bring or buy anything for the beach, they had it all. The house is beautiful and comfortable and makes you feel as if you were at home... Golf Cart 6 seater was great and we had no problems with it. I would stay again at this property next year. Beautiful, modern beach house with stylish furniture and well equipped kitchen. You will enjoy riding on bikes or golf cart in the nearby community or close by beaches. We love to go to Rosemary beach town or seaside town. Great holidays for family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 30A My Way! The home was very neat and clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved having the bikes and golf cart available. The location is ideal! We enjoyed going to Deer Lake State Park, to the beaches, to Eden State Park. We would definitely be back and would recommend 30A My Way to our friends and family.
