PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

Portside Resort is located on the popular west end of Panama City Beach, right across the street from the most beautiful beach! Port side offers 3 Amazing pools (one heated) hot tubs, tiki hut with great views. 3 tennis courts and shuffleboard! This is a great 2 story, 2 king bed, 1.5 bath townhome type unit. My group of four enjoyed staying here tremendously. The pool amenities were good, and the pool’s hot tub was an amazing surprise. All in all, I would recommend for a place to stay in PCB.

OUR Stay at Portside
We had a wonderful time in Panama City Beach. I would highly recommend this place. The only problem we had is that the code for the pool was not current. Luckily a nice lady let us in. We went to an art show the sand dune lake parks and the beach. It was clean and the pools and hot tubs were relaxing.

This was an awesome unit! Well maintained and well decorated. The beds were so comfy and we felt as if we were home. Our grandkids were with us and loved the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again. Love unit Z2!!!

Our condo was everything we expected and more! Very family friendly, just across the street from the beach, yet in a quiet and secluded atmosphere. Loved every minute we were there!

What you see on the pictures is exactly how it looks. I've seen some pictures and get to the properties and it was nothing like what they posted. Very pleased with the home. Very quiet and pleasant place. No loud neighbors and pet friendly is always a plus. All the neifhbors are very nice. I will definitely keep coming back to this place.
