Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Great stay at Magnolia. We love the community there and will definitely be back. The property has tons of space for all of the people in the party. Conveniently located to the beach by the golf cart. Great communication from Panhandle team too

We had 6 adults and 3 kids and the house had plenty of space for everyone. The sleeping accommodations and beds were great. Things we loved about this property were the golf cart, screened in porch, and proximity to the pool. Getting to and from the beach was very easy using the golf cart parking and a short little walk to the public beach access. Only complaint is the smell of the washers and dryers which were rather musty. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect place for a family getaway! Having the golf cart and bikes were awesome . Pool was literally right around the corner. Host immediately answered all questions through texts . Would definitely stay here again !

Last minute getaway

The house was great with plenty of room for everyone. Every room had its own full bathroom and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have king beds. The golf cart was much appreciated for easy pool and beach access.

This rental was great for my big family! The best thing was the bed setup featuring the 3 king beds, 2 queens and twin bunks right off the kitchen. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom along with the additional 1/2 bath for everyone right off of the kitchen. Great place and the golfcart was wonderful to use and play on. My only negative thought is the beach access. While it is easy to get to the access point, set up to stay on the beach for the day is not ideal for this property unless you rent beach chairs before your stay. The setup area is a good 200+ yards once you get on the beach due to private property and chair rentals. I just wish I would have rented chairs prior to coming. We spent very little time on the beach because of this. Also, getting back to the access point is a 4 flight stair climb from the beach. The pool however was wonderful and we used it daily!

we stayed here mid august 2021 and it was absolutely beautiful!! i had no complaints and the property manager was very easy to communicate with! house had everything we needed and more and the inclosed back porch was absolutely beautiful!!! golf cart was amazing and helped with the short walk to the beach. 10/10 will definitely stay again

Very Nice Home in a Charming Community

Our family loved our stay in this home! The furnishings, appliances fixtures were very nice, and the community was quiet, family-friendly and located within walking distance to the beach. The community pools were relaxing, and the overall property was well maintained. We would definitely return!!

Rest and relaxation vacation

The house was perfect for us since there are four couples who were all happy find three king size bedrooms and one with two queens. The littles slept on the extra queen. The bunk beds were great for our four grandsons. We spent a lot of our time on the comfortable, screened-in back porch. We utilized the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach and enjoyed using beach chairs and toys already there. We even left some of our toys and boogie boards for next year. We cooked every night and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been bikes. The choice to return to this house next was unanimous!

Fabulous place to stay

We had a total of six adults and two small children. We loved that there was a king bed for all three couples with their own bathroom. That fourth bedroom had two queen beds with its own bathroom which was perfect for the small children. We did not use the bunk bed for the kids as it was open to the kitchen area. The kitchen was fully stocked. I guess someone had taken the wine bottle opener because we had to buy one. The golf cart was super nice to transport us to the beach. The only downside I would say was the amount of steps down to the beach, we carried a tent, chairs, and coolers. So glad we had young strong guys to carry the heavy things. Our contact from panhandle getaways was very very responsive. Not sure if they ever sleep. Debbie S.

Cool Christmas

Everything was as described with this lovely home. It was very comfortable for our family of 12. The bunk room was fun for the kids but probably not comfortable enough for adults. It was too cool to use the porch so we were a little tight in the small den when watching a movie. It was nice having the golf cart but we couldn’t make full use of it on this trip due to the weather. The Hub and local shopping were enjoyable. Our Christmas Eve service at the Chapel at Seaside was a true highlight! We look forward to a return trip to this area in the future.

Tired moms getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The property was really nice. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the mornings. The golf cart makes it so easy to get to and from the beach. The only thing missing would be some extra blankets but other than that it was great. We hope to stay again next year.

This house was in a great location. We enjoyed having access to the golf cart to take us to the beach. The house was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely time! The house was very clean, accommodating, and great for our group. The bunkbeds are next to the kitchen, but we actually really enjoyed that as the kids like sleeping there and it was easy to keep tabs on them. Each bedroom was very large and had its own bathroom. It was a short ride to the beach on the golf cart and everything was provided except beach towels. The towns of Secrest and Rosemary are absolutely darling. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this community and home.🏖

Great house!

I have been renting in Magnolia Cottages for years. First time I have rented in the back/new section. Loved the house! The new pool is awesome and pretty with a zero entry. Golf cart was needed to get to the beach easily. Loved the porch and kitchen. Had a few issues upon arrival that were quickly handled by panhandle rentals.

Family reunion

Definitely Sweet!

The property was perfect for our group! The house was clean and had plenty of amenities. The location was a quick walk to the beach & the golf cart came in handy too. The pool was a tremendous hit with our group too. We had the best time!!

Nice New House in Quiet Area

Brand new place that was overall thoughtfully designed and furnished. Great place for larger families with older kids. Brand new pool is a block away, and the included golf cart is invaluable for trips to the beach. Only thing we didn't love is that the bunk room isn't ideal for families with smaller kids, as it is adjacent to the kitchen/living room and doesn't have a full height wall or door to separate from the kitchen. As a result, if you have little ones you can't put them to bed and stay up in the common area.
