INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed Suite Escape. There for NYE. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen adequately stocked for cooking at home. Den well laid out for football watching. Loved having the master suite upstairs with the second level porch. Lovely decor throughout. Best part was screened in porch for napping on a rainy day! Have recommended to our children.

Very clean and well decorated. Great location between Alys Beach and Seaside. All the amenities… bikes, beach chairs, Keurig and Nespresso. Quiet neighborhood across from the beach and Panhandle Getaways was incredibly responsive to all of our inquiries.

Had a great time, very walkable to beach and pool. Short drive to restaurants and shops. The host was super helpful with communication regarding instructions for our stay. The place was perfect for our family, will definitely come back given the chance.

Such an amazing place to stay! Clean when we got there and awesome communication from the rental company. Location was perfect. Only about an 8 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the Panhandle stay. Walk to Alys is about 1.2 but bikes were provided. Easy access to grocery stores and beach is just a stones throw away. Loved the living spaces at the house, indoor and outdoor living rooms were very comfortable!

We had a great stay at Suite Escape. The house was perfect. One note, the description does not indicate if there are any beach supplies included with the home. However, the shed is actually full of everything you need for the beach.

Second time to stay in this neighborhood in a Panhandle getaway home. Great location. Neighborhood has two poops and close to access a private beach on 30A.
The home was nice. Three bedrooms with a kids bedroom on the first floor as well as a king bed bedroom on the same floor
The second story Master was great. Huge room with a lot of closet space and nice bathroom. Huge patio on the second deck from the master.
My only issue was we tried to check in a tad early given the time we got in town and had some pushback initially on that. Just had to waive an inspection to get in.
Overall a really good experience in a nice house in a great location.

Beautiful Property with everything you need!
We've stayed at a few different houses in Magnolia by the Sea but this one is our favorite. The house is super cozy, meticulously clean, and has an incredibly well-stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils/knives/plates/glassware) for cooking at home. It had everything you could possibly think of in regards to cooking - down to a muffin tin. Loved having use of the four bikes. Super soft blankets in every room. Ultra comfy beds. Crisp, clean decor. Looks like there is TONS of beach stuff to utilize in the warmer months. Small issues: Internet was spotty - especially upstairs where it didn't work at all. We just committed to using downstairs only vs. calling for assistance. Because we booked the house one week prior to departure, we didn't get our check in info until day of our arrival (while we were driving to FL) which involved pulling over onto the side of the ride to log into accounts to verify payment status, etc. It also meant we didn't get notification that the bridge is out between Seacrest and Seagrove/Seaside until we arrived. (You have to go out to 98 and drive all the way around if you want to visit anything at all in these neighborhoods.) While kitchen is well stocked, be sure to bring your own essentials like hand soap, oil, salt, pepper, and garbage bags! We discovered after cooking a meal that the one garbage bag in the can was the only one in the house! Not a complaint - just a helpful tip if you're staying!
