INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We loved the house. It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated! Location was perfect! The beach was amazing that is literally across the street! The management company was great but the owner was especially friendly and extremely helpful! I would definitely book this house again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Not only is the house beautiful but it was very well appointed. Plenty of linens, detergent, etc. The setting is perfect for families with young children. Our grands rode their scooters, we biked, and swam in the heated outdoor pool. Very close and walkable to beach. Would live here if I could ❤️

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Panhandle Getaways. The property was beautiful inside and out. The attention to detail in the house and on property was exceptional. It was our first experience with "30A" and we will definitely go again, and hopefully stay in the same property.

Absolute Perfection!!
The headline says it all! We enjoyed an entire week here and had an absolute blast! We had two families in the house and never felt cramped - even felt there was space for plenty more! The house is beautifully decorated with an upscale beach vibe. Some major highlights for us:Bedrooms: Beds were comfortable, cozy and had about every pillow choice you could imagine. We never had a bad nights sleep. The bunkroom was perfect for all the kids! Private bathrooms for each bedroom was also very nice to have. Kitchen: well appointed with everything you need to cook any meal. The ice machine is a fantastic touch and really handy for packing coolers for a long day on the beach. Patio: is an excellent space to unwind for the night! The panoramic doors open up the entire space and make for a great way to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors easily.Pool / Courtyard: We were steps away from the pool and courtyard that was kid central every night. Golf Cart: was an absolute life saver! having this be part of the rental is a game changer - getting gear & kids to/from the beach was a breeze with the golf cart. As an added bonus, the owner's were a delight - even reached out early in our stay to ensure that everything was to our liking, and offered some great recommendations for local food, shopping, and activities. If you're looking for a place that is better than advertised, look no further!!! Land of Ahhhs will certainly exceed your expectations!!
