INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

 

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***
We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE. This includes emotional support animals.

Had a great stay! Beautiful home & nice beach nearby that has a bit of a walk in between but not a huge deal for our bachelorette party since we had so many other things planned! Bedrooms were spacious & very comfortable

Great House
Great house for a big group.Only thing i would add is a pantry. I'm a clean freak and like things put away and not sitting on counters. Otherwise a great place!

The place was beautiful and the surrounding area was beautiful as well. The HOA was pretty strict which I did not like, this place accommodates 18 and obviously we had 5 trucks/cars and HOA was complaining about it. Overall great place and great host! They were responsive and helpful.

It truly was a wonderful stay. When we originally booked, we thought there was going to be an extra due to the listing description. However, each bedroom had one bed and the bunks have a trundle making 6 beds in that room. They didn’t leave sheets for the trundle beds, but the moment I asked they had someone there to drop it off. They didn’t leave information for check out or a description for the process. They did respond quick with telling us what needed to be done. We couldn’t figure out how to work the fan in the living room, and we didn’t sit on the beautiful patio furniture because it smelt like mold. The bed slept better than any bed we own at home. We even searched to try to figure out the type of mattress bc it’s so good! Everything in the place was amazing. The pool was wonderful also!!

Fall Break beach stay
